My GPS-Garmin 2597 only one month, it stopped working. Call 1-800-800-1020, the products support specialist, mane Levi H. who was very helpful. I paid $7 to ship back the defect GPS, within 10 days the new & working one arrived my door step. I consider that Garmin is a decent company; they give consumer a great service.

This GPS is exactly what I needed! great value!!!!

Does what it's supposed to. Haven't got lost yet. That's important!!

Too good navigation device and featurs and functions

First GPS, takes a little time getting used to it as never have had one before, it works well if I type in the address, however using the speech feature it comes up with weird things. The suction cup, needs to be really clean to hold, have had it fall off several times when driving but at least it didn't hurt it.

better than old gps, use it all of the time. enjoy large 5 inch screen

Awesome gps. The voice command feature is amazing.

This is my third Garmin and its main menu is a little different then my previous ones but it customizable. All my favorite locations from my last unit loaded into the new one via Garmin's computer program you load on you home computer. I like the indication that I am over the speed limit and school zone warnings.

My new Garmin - n�vi 2597LMT is an improvement over the first Garmin I purchased a number of years ago. I now have one in my new vehicle and my old one. I love both of them. Being retired and spending time traveling is a pleasure. Having the Garmins get's me where I'm going and provides help when needed along the way.

It was easy to set up and install. Viewing on the screen was clear.

Performed flawlessly for my son for his trip home.

I LOVE this GPS. With the addition of Voice Command this is a whole new level of safety and security. My job has be traveling a lot so I have it with me where ever I go. I love being able to change plans on the fly just by telling it what I want. No hands, no distractions while driving, etc. The Voice directing you finally is clear and sounds like a real person. Spectacular! They did a great job with this unit. My only issue is there is not streamlined way to store and transport this unit with its cord and mount. If it was just staying put in my car it would be perfection!

I had been using an older nuvi for years and become very comfortable with the features. This model was completely different: multi-lane display, advisory to be in one lane or the other (IE: Be in one of the three right lanes), the search engine is on the main screen and unlike the 265W it is not buried in sub-folders and integration with expanding the memory was seamless. The Bluetooth works very well with my phone and is easy to hear, speaking is natural. All in all, about time I stepped up to newer/better technology. The unit comes with lifetime traffic and map updates. The update unlike the 265W took around 20 minutes where as the older unit took hours and sometimes it would not use the expanded memory and I had to reload.

GAS works good. The live traffic is nice but is not highly accurate.
