Great gps with all the features I want. Love the lane assist!

I was reluctant in purchasing this GPS, but was convince by a Best Buy employe. After using this GPS for a couple of drive, I fell in love!! Great visual display. Only thing negative is you have to buy a GPS holder(case) to protect your investment. In previous models, the case/holder was included.

This unit was exactly what i wanted. It was a really good price and for live traffic and map updated for free. You can't beat that. The one thing that always drove me nuts was the windshield mount. So i bought a CD player mount and was able to attach the GPS unit to the ball end of the CD player mount.

Easy to read and easy to use. I'm very pleased with my Garmin.

I started out with the NUVI basic 3.5 GPS and then to the NUVI 1530. Now that I have made the move to the NJVI 2597 I see the technology has finally caught up and at a reasonable price. The clarity and visual assistance is fantastic on this device. The only draw back I have is the blue tooth connection does not allow for voice answer or end call to control. You still have to either hold your phone or reach to the GPS screen to answer. Over all, I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND the NUVI 2597 to any one who is dealing with daily route navigation. I drive my territory from D.C to CT hitting most of the major cities in the U.S. This GPS has not steared me wrong yet. Thank You Garmin for making my job a little less hectic

I'm happy with this GPS. The traffic detour works well. Entering an address is ordered nicely with street number before street name. I like that when you add another location to your route you can change the order that you are traveling to them - make the new location the midpoint or the end point

I love Garmin GPS and If someday I need to buy another GPS I would buy Garmin again, I like that show all the informations that I need at the screen and it never lose reception, except in downtown Los Angeles it gets a little crazy and gives me wrong location. I guess it is because of the big buildings.

Easy to set up. It has a large screen that's easy to read. I like the fact that it has lifetime map updates and traffic updates. Being able to link my cell phone to it with Bluetooth is a plus also. I travel a lot for business and it's invaluable. Especially since I go to a lot of remote areas where cell phone service is spotty. It can always find satellites.

This GPS replaced one that would no longer hold a charge. I particularly like that the screen is larger and that it is easier to enter the street address and not have to enter the city every time.

I would have given this a 5 star, but as we were driving on our trip, twice it shut off and we had to turn it back on. Other than these two occurences, this gps worked great. We were able to speak addresses to it and it located the address. The information on the screen is very useful and not cluttered, easy to decipher and read.

It has a good display quality and real-time traffic update.

Garmin is very easy to use and Navigate through, it has a lifetime update and also updates traffic. My one con is School are my customers and it does not update new schools

This is the best of all GPS devices I have ever owned. I use it everyday for just about any trip I make in my car. I have owned 5 GPS's over the past 15 years and you can't beat the price with all of the perks this one has to offer.

I am impressed with the speed of this device. Connecting to a satellite is very quick. It will immediately suggest new rout if you go off the suggested route and quickly displays the next turn for new route. No more "recalculating"
