It has very good response time. The picture is very good with excellent graphics. The light even changes at night for better viewing. Just typing in a location and it finds your address quickly. Very, very good product.

Overall love it. Disconnected Bluetooth with phone due to lesser sound and hard for me to hear. Finds almost everything but sometimes says on the wrong side of street from actual locations. Doesn't show my house in a rural subdivision that is 5 years old? No one's does that I give address to except google maps...... love the voice command option! Even understands my midwest accent most of the time. Overall a lot more fun to use than my last year LM50 which I handed down to my wife:-)

The Garmin Nuvi 2597LMT is a very reliable GPS and it easy easy to use. I really like the voice command feature for using it safely while driving.

I bought this GPS for work and it has taken me to a lot of places and back home. I opted for the LT maps and traffic.

This is a great portable GPS. The screen has good resolution and the graphics easy to understand. The voice directions are loud enough to hear without being annoying. The GPS recalculates quickly if you alter your route.

There was no set up required with the Garmin nuvi 2597LMT. It was so easy to use right from the start. I used to think that it was simple to use maps instead of getting a GPS unit. However, I have come to find that the GPS is extremely helpful by allowing me to see street names coming up on my trip without having to stop and actually try to read the street names. This is one technology that I have learned to appreciate.

I have been buying Garmin GPSs for a long time, I tried TOMTOM before and other built in GPSs, I haven't found one that is as user friendly as Garmin, They have good support as well, I like thier products.

The nuvi 2597LMT GPS is an excellent unit. I have had earlier models with fewer features and was satisfied with them but the 2597LMT is heads & shoulders beyond the earlier ones. Hands free phone connectivity is functionally excellent and the voice command funtion is a dream compared to the voice command funtion in my 2014 Ford Explorer. Quickly responds and actually does what I ask of it. The traffic function also works very well where available. I would highly recommend this unit if you are looking for a stand alone GPS.

This GPS is great! It's super easy to use and very reliable. Voice command works sufficiently.

Great product but when in a turning lane it gives you such a short time to either switch lanes or merge onto the exiting lane.

THIS IS A VERY NICE UNIT FOR THE PRICE. FREE UPGRADES FOR LIFE HELPS TOO! IT IS VERY EASY TO USE AND THE GRAPHICS ARE TOP NOTCH. I REALLY LIKE THE TRAFFIC UPDATES AS WELL. THE ONLY DOWNSIDE, BESIDES LOSING THE SATELLITE FEED SOMETIMES, IS OCCASIONALLY THE UNIT WON'T TELL ME THAT A TURN IS COMING UP UNTIL I AM RIGHT AT THE CORNER WITH NO TIME TO SLOW DOWN FOR THE TURN. I'M ASSUMING THAT IS PART OF THE SATELLITE FEED BEING LOST... KIND OF ANNOYING. OVERALL, WORTH THE MONEY.

The only fault is that I didn't pay more for a more sophisticated model like the one that gives search results with addresses and phone numbers ... other than that I am satisfied with this model.

For $150, you get great features! Free maps, traffic, and voice command; incredible value...all in the typical Garmin package! Road noise may "confuse" the voice command function depending on vehicle/road conditions.

So far so good, only had it for a short time but it is working well and is very easy to use.

We had an old Garmin, and we needed to update. So we purchased this on our trip home from a couple states away! Very timely! Really like this newer version! Also, it was nice to get more Reward Points on my card!!

Has all the necessary features for accurate hands free navigation. I do not use blue tooth so I can't comment on the feature. Voice commands works very well and routes are quickly calculated to spoken destinations.

I've always trust Garmin over any TomTom devices. Recommended that you get the LMT model so that you can always update map packs for a lifetime of ownership!

This is a very good GPS with great features. I bought it for the voice command feature, which works extremely well and makes searching and finding directions a lot more safe to do while driving. Also has Bluetooth, which I don't use because my car is already equipped with it. Very happy with purchase

I'm happy with it. The interface is easier to use than my previous Garmin. The traffic alert is far more accurate than my previous Garmin. I'm glad I bought it.
