I wanted to hit the sweet spot between price and performance, and that's what I got. Very reasonable for automatic traffic updates and lifetime map support.

I purchased this because I was making a trip across country from California to Minnesota. The direction were right on. I am very satisfied with my purchase.

We like it because our phones don't work in other places other than where we live so it's nice to know where you are or how to get to where we want to go

Only complaint is sometime only uses local rural street names. Should be supplemented by map route #'s. Otherwise great product. Much quicker finding satellites that my previous gps.

The Garmin is fun and easy to use. Very detailed, and the instructions are usually exact. I exchanged a cheaper product for this one and was glad I did.

For me this product comes at an affordable price with great features easily accessible by voice and/or voice also lifetime map upgrades

Updating is easy but does take awhile. never updated one before this one, just bought a new one instead. Get the dashboard sticky thing, it is awesome.

We had trouble at first figuring it out, but came back in and talked to your specialists and they showed us what we were doing wrong. We enjoy the Garmin.

The GPS is great but the installation on the computer was horrible. It took me hours to figure out how to get it to set up and up date.

The voice commands and Active Lane Guidance are well worth paying extra for this unit.

Had to return the item twice because I thought it was faulty. Once everything was rectified, my wife started using it as her first GPS unit. She loves it, which means I do too!!

I needed to replace my tomtom and picked this up in Black Friday deal. Highly satisfied with the location accuracy. being a tomtom user for ages, I felt the Garmin interface could have been better. As we type the address, it starts to list the matching address (internet maps apps style). Maybe it's my preference as I was used to tomtom interface. No live traffic inbuilt. it needs an external adapter that costs another 70 as of today. I like this one time investment as the smart phone data plans are still expensive.

We bought a garmin for our daughter a few years ago and seen how much she used it everywhere she went.So when we decided a couple of months ago to get our own it was a no brainer! this is by far one of the best products we have bought for ourselves! Simple setup and use , this is fantastic Garmin ! keep up the great work! the same with Best Buy always have products in stock and very helpful staff!

Fairly happy with the purchase. Free lifetime traffic & map updates and lane assist are good features. Traffic updates should automatically be voiced out but often are left at just a pop up on the right hand corner of the screen which can go unnoticed. I tried pairing my phone to answer calls but folks at the other end often complained of poor voice quality in spite of me shouting out loud. I guess there are better devices out there that tend to it.

Replacement for a 6 year old unit, we like the split screen for confusing interchanges on busy interstates.

i have absolutely no sense of direction, and i love this GPS! it has no lag, and you can easily choose between offered routes to your Favorited locations.

Easy to use and works SO much better than older models I've used!

Simply put, with portable technology today, why would I spend thousands to have it built into my dashboard. Great value and never gives me an issue....

Garmin was a blessing to make our trip a good one! We had AAA map our trip but it was difficult to read. The Garmin told us and we got home so easily.

Takes a bit of time to recalculate but I'm guessing thats due to satelittes, but great with calling the street names and turns.
