Can't recommend-go cheaper without it or more expensive with the HD traffic. First trip was to St Louis and it directed us to an exit that appeared to have been closed for some time. Second trip was to DC. It picked up non-existent delays, overstated a minor delay and completed missed a 40-minute delay for bridge work in Ohio that pretty obviously had been underway for a while. The lane directions in the city were good but sometime a little too late for turns.

It took us everywhere we wanted to go and assisted us when we made a wrong turn. Made all the difference in the world. If you have the address, it can get you there! Somewhat pricey, but everything you want and need is included in the unit, no add-ons needed. Have ridden with some earlier GPSs', this model has come a long way in improvements.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I WAS CAMPING IN THE WOODS WITH MY HORSE CLUB AND THE PARKS ICE MACHINE BROKE, WE WERE TRYING TO GET ON OUR PHONES AND FIND AN ICE COMPANY WITH NO LUCK WITH OUR DATA PHONES, (WE WERE IN THE OCALA NATIONAL FOREST) SO I WENT AND TURNED ON MY GARMIN AND FOUND A LOCAL WHOLESALE ICE COMPANY AS WE HAD 55 CAMPERS THAT CAMP PRIMITATIVE (NO POWER) WE COOL ALL OUR FOOD BY ICE...THANK YOU GARMIN

Yet, after owning the Garmin for approximately 3 weeks I noticed that many of the routes that I used to take with the TT were now routed much longer with the Garmin. Living in a metropolitan area I frequently change back and forth between highway and non based on the time of day, to avoid traffic. It was quite laborious to switch back and forth between highway and non highway routes. On the plus side, the Garmin rerouted quite quickly and I loved the feature to ADD destinations to an existing route. That was very helpful when I wanted to stop somewhere along a long trip. I didn't care for the voice selections either; wanted a male European voice which wasn't an option.
