Sometimes takes the long route instead of the most direct.

We replaced our older one with same model. Staff at Best Buy in Edwardsville IL made this a seamless transaction.

This garmin device is very easy to operate, the voice direction are very clear and percise. You have no problem seeing the direction on the screen. A good feature about this gps is that it shows you how fast you are traveling. If you make a wrong turn, it will get you back on the wright course.

This is pretty reliable, but I've had a couple of instances where I was told to "turn right at the traffic light" when I had already gone through that traffic light. It's always been when driving in an urban area (downtown Washington, DC). Get out into the country and the performance and directions are great.

I bought this system so I wouldn't have to use my phone anymore. It's accurate and more helpful than any GPS app on my phone.

I bought this particular gps because of the inclusion of Canadian maps. Bought it as a gift for my son who loves it.

This GPS has a 5" screen which is very easy to see on the dash. I especially like the Bluetooth and the lifetime map updates.This GPS is offered at an affordable price from Best Buy. An extended warranty is offered which I did not purchase. The text to speech guidance is very valuable to me.

I bought this because it was on sale and I was traveling. even though I have a smart phone this was a great purchase because of the phone link and Bluetooth capabilities. I use this on a daily basis because it limits my airtime usage, lifetime updates and versatility.

Far superior to my 2010 Magellan Roadmate - better route selection & re-routing capability.

I bought this product as part of the Black Friday Sales. Was skeptical but am very happy

got this as a gift for a family member and i know that they are very pleased with the quality

I am very pleased with the quality and the capability of the lifetime free map and traffic updates. Along with the voice command it makes the device very easy to use. Only downside, for me at least, is that I would like to see not only the arrival time but how many miles to go...

Can't complain about anything here. I love the unit, You do have to update maps a couple times a year as stores close and new ones open. If you don't update it could take you to somewhere that is no longer open while passing one that is new. Great overall GPS

The best part is the Lifetime Map updates. I already told my friends about the product.
