Venu SQ2, Not the best Garmin Model
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is my 2nd Garmin. Still a bit disappointing for the price after recently testing a FitBit Versa 4. The screen display (resolution/refresh rate/touch) is very bad for it's time. Very laggy at times with the most basic face on, the watch only has only OEM apps installed. What's really disappointing is that it has no speaker, mic, or step counter. For the steep price tag and being released September 2022 even for a fitness tracker this is pretty disappointing. Also not much covers, screen protectors to choose from. I like the Garmin brand, health apps, and tracking which it's known for but would not recommend this particular model.

Great fitness tracker smart watch- great battery
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I switched from the fitbit universe when the new Sense 2 came out with fewer features than the Sense1. The battery life on my Sense had become unbearable. I also resented the need for an annual subscription to Premium to get some of my health data. The battery on the Venu SQ2 is amazing and the health and activity stats on the Garmin app and website are, clear, helpful and thorough. I choose the Venu SQ 2 version I find the square face much easier to read. It linked quickly with my pixel and I get all of my notifications and texts on my watch. It's very comfortable to wear and the battery life is amazing. I like that Garmin lets you input your blood pressure readings manually on the app too - it's so much easier to keep all of my health stats in one place.

Great fitbit replacement.
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I used to wear Fitbit all the time but when Google bought them out they got rid of the challenges. I now bought this watch. The battery life is better and they just feel more comfortable using it every day would recommend to anybody.

Better than FitBit
||Posted . Owned for 8 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. So happy I made the switch from FitBit. Was on my 3rd FitBit when it died, again. Same death every time, crazy screen then black. I reluctantly switched to Garmin, I was so used to my app I didnt want to start over. So happy I did. Love the auto activity option, cycle tracking and sleep and body battery analysis. Like it more than my old FiTBit.

Gift for bike riding hubby
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased for my husband for Christmas. So far he is pleased with the battery longevity and comfort. He prefers the square shape face and finds it easier to read without glasses. This replaces the three fitbits that only last a year. Four stars is because first bike ride, the whole ride was not recorded. He DID wait for the gps to connect before taking off. Will have to see if it was user error or what. Overall first impression is that it is a great item and will outlast the Fitbit products.

Great Watch!
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great watch. Comfortable, easy to use, and the battery lasts almost 10 days. Heart rate seems to be more accurate than fitbit.

Good Watch, Good Battery Life
||Posted . Owned for 10 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Fantastic GPS semi-smart watch. I've been using the watch for almost a year at this point and have no major issues. The battery life is amazing. If I don't use the GPS, I get about 5 to 6 days between charges. When I use the GPS, I'll still get about 4 days with an average of 1 hour of GPS usage each day.

Excellent Basic Garmin Watch
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I decided to purchase a Garmin watch mostly to track my walking distance after I read that it’s compatible with an iPhone. It’s easy to connect it to the built-in GPS after selecting the activity and pushing a button. It records other health data such as stress and heart rate on the Garmin app. The display is large and clear and can be changed easily on the app. It has fantastic battery life. It doesn’t have to be charged for days! It’s lightweight and comfortable, even for sleep tracking.

Great watch for this price
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have been using this watch for almost 3 weeks now and I use it extensively. The interface is smooth, no lags till now. It auto-detects my workouts and with little caliberation I have made it count the exact distance on treadmill :D Liked the features a lot. I am not a fan a smart watch so I ordered this one because Garmin's watches are precise for fitness freaks like me. It still has an option to sync with your phone to show notifications though! But that would drain the battery more.

Garmin Venu Sq 2 review: an excellent Fitbit alternativeWhen I think of a Garmin, I usually picture a behemoth of a watch worn by a sweaty marathoner — and I see plenty of both at my run club every week.
