Customers are saying

Customers enjoy the Vivosmart 3's ease of use, long battery life, and accurate heart rate tracking. Many appreciate its waterproof design and sleep tracking capabilities, although some find the screen size to be small. A few users experienced issues with Bluetooth connectivity and the accompanying app. The band's durability was also a point of concern for some customers.

I tried this after going through a few Fitbits. I like it a lot- good features. I did send an inquiry to customer service and did not receive a good response, but the product is good.

I decided to try the Garmin due to the water resistant feature. I wore it for two weeks and returned it. It might have been my tracker but It didn't record my flights of stairs, and tracked me going to sleep 3 hours earlier than I was. I returned this to the store.

Love this product. It helps me keep track of my activities and it can be worn in the water. Once synced with my phone, it also notifies me of emails and phone calls.

This is my second garmin (vivosmart hr was my first). This one is not as high off the wrist. It didn't work well over my tattoos or freckles but is very accurate on my other wrist.

I like my Garmin. Although, I do not have another device like it to compare it to. If anyone can help me figure out how to operate this thing better, I would appreciate it. I would not call it user friendly. I enjoy the badges I earn. I’ve only needed to replace it once in 3 years.

So much better than the vivosmart2. Vo2 is fun. Heartrate is accurate. T I'm still missing a volume up and down for media. Also a little upset that it doesn't say the callers name.

I wear it 24/7 the only time I remove it is to charge it well worth the money. The only thing is I wonder how accurate it is... just a guild line.

I liked all of the features especially the fact that it was waterproof. Set up wasn't hard. It just wouldn't connect to wifi/Bluetooth. I may consider repurchasing due to the fact there are no waterproof trackers out there in that price range.

It’s easy to set up. App is easy to use. Very user friendly. Between Fitbit and Garmin, garmin is more advanced and this specific fit is less bulky on the wrist.

Great entry level fitness tracker from Garmin. I have a Forerunner 235 as my run watch only and decided to give the Vivosmart 3 a chance. A great everyday tracker!

Garmin Vivosmart 3 doesn't track accurately the steps. I had recently purchased from BestBuy and for a distance of 6\5 miles steps count shown by this device was 4 K which isn't accurate. Also Connect app isn't as good as Fitbit.

nice tracker, easier to sync with my galaxy phone than the original which used to be extremely frustrating. only downfall is even if I have 18 thousand steps in, it will still tell me I need to move. it's trying to kill me lol. I would recommend this to anyone.
