Been a customer of Garmin for approx 14 years, so when choosing an activity tracker, went with Garmin over other brands. Today, went for a test run with the VivoSmart and also wore my Garmin 220 to check accuracy of the Vivosmart. My Garmin 220 logged my run as 5.27 miles and the VivoSmart as 6.65. That is a 26% error! Also the V.S. registered calories burned as almost double what the 220 did. Going to return the VivoSmart.

Posted .The vivosmart 4 does no have GPS so please be sure you have your stride length set properly in your Garmin Connect account for a more accurate reading. Please be sure your user profile is also the same on both devices as this will all affect calories. Pulse Ox not accurate

No option for large band

No option for band size on the site. The product was delivered with band size small-medium. The band fits a small person. I now need yo return the product and theres no way to order the large band. It is not user friendly at all and the intensity minutes feature does not work at all. Everything you try to do with it is just very cumbersome . This sport watch was too difficult to read

I had to beat on it for the picture of the time or anything else would show. It was just to difficult and not as pleasurable. Did not like it. Went back to my old one.

The syncing is terrible and never seems to stay up to date. We had a huge issue even getting it to work and withing a couple days returned it. We have enjoyed other Garman watches but this one is junk.

Doesn't work for Heart Monitoring
