Customers are saying

Customers highly value the GPS, heart rate tracking, and long battery life of the vivosmart HR+ Activity Tracker. Many appreciate its ease of use and waterproof design, finding it accurate for tracking steps, sleep, and other activities. However, some find the device bulky and the display could be improved. The design also received mixed feedback.

This is my 2nd Garmin Vivismart HR+. First one lasted @ 5years, then the band was just worn through. Would have changed bands, but the battery was starting to lose the charge daily. They have updated some of the features, like the auto pause for exercise. Hope this one lasts as long.

The device syncs nicely with my phone and computer and was immediately compatible with the fitness and health software I use. Recharging is the only thing that I'm bothered by. You have to take this device off to charge it - which needs to occur at night.

I recently purchased this for my wife after she began a new fitness routine. She likes the features and appearance but most of all, she likes the data feedback when combined with Garmin Connect app and MyFitnessPal app. Having that information available helps to keep her on track with her fitness goals.

Had the previous version, so assumed this one would work. Very low quality battery that needs charging every 3 days even though I only connect via Bluetooth once each day. Also full charge takes 6-8 hours. Entire device is very thick sitting on your wrist and gets caught on everything your arm goes near, like sleeves, furniture, etc. Very clunky - - sits higher than a G-Shock watch. Best Buy is fantastic. Great customer service and plenty of products.

This tracker did everything I wanted. It works well. I returned it simply because I just couldn't get used to the way it looks. I decided to go with the FitBit Charge HR in plum. Fits me better.

My only complaint is the battery does not last long. When I go on a bike ride I have to make sure it is completely charged otherwise the battery will die half way into a 2 hour ride.

I purchased the Garmin Vivosmart HR + because the band on my Fitbit broke. After using this tracker for several weeks, I find it to be just as good or better than my Fitbit. There is more information available via the on unit display, as well as through the software. Well worth the money

I bought this primarily as a heart rate monitor. It serves that roll very well. I have not used it as an actual activity monitor yet but I assume it will do fine at that as well.

Love this! I took the recommendation from a coworker. Only reason I didn’t give it 5 starts is because it doesn’t always register stairs. Other than that, I can’t complain!

The heart rate features all over the place for cardio P90X style, and to get a good heart rate I have to wear really tight which leaves marks on my arm and is not very comfortable. It really is not very stylish and fairly ugly and now that I have it I realize the heart rate feature isn't Super important, so I will probably buy a watch that looks like a regular watch but does all the same things and wear this for running or just chalk it up to experience and not wear it much if at all. The charger is a pain as well

Not a hundred percent accurate, but as good or better than any other similar product. I like the Connect app that works with it. Very satisfied with the purchase

I liked the vivo active better . There is not as much u can do with this product. But I can turn off the blue tooth so that's good because I can sync when I want .

I do like this fitness tracker but also notice that its ability to be accurate is limited. I'm not sure how close it is to reading heart rate or steps climbed etc.

My wife loves her Garmin Vivosmart. It helps motivate her when she's not making her steps for the day. Just wish the battery lasted a little longer than 4-5 days.

First time owning something like this. It took a few mintues to figure out how to connect to my phone because of settings on my phone. Other than that I love using it, it tracks everything great. The battery life isn't bad, 4 days with turning it off at night.

The garmin brand is always on top of every detail. The only thing I wish it was a bit faster is getting the gps signal before starting your training session.
