The installer did a very efficient and fast installation.

Best Buy contracts with a third party to deliver appliances. The installers were fast and helpful. My only complaint is that they came over an hour after the delivery window without a phone call to update. I understand Best Buy is relying on the third party to notify them of a delay but maybe there could be a better system in place to prevent that from happening or to at least notify the customer before or at the beginning of the delivery window.

Install was great! They quickly took out the broken dryer Best Buy gave me then they setup the new one very quick and easy.

The installation team was fantastic. They removed the old one in no time and switched out the gas & vent in no time. They had the door swing switched with no fuss. They took there time to show us how to operate the dryer.

Such a smart idea to have the installation work done by Best Buy. The workers actually know what they are doing!

Best Buy did a great job of installing my dyer. The delivery/installation team sized up my laundry room in 2-3 minutes and started working. They got the dyer up 3 flights of stairs and installed the gas dyer (and washing machine) in under an hour. I was very impressed.

The Geek Squad arrived on time. They assembled the dryer to the pedestal base and installed it in our laundry room. They completed all the necessary hookups and did an operational test to verify that everything was working properly. After that was done, they took the time to explain the operation and answered our questions. The team was very professional in their operation and attitude!

Best Buy makes appliance installation very easy! They leave my home clean and not greasy! The installation process is rather quick, Leaving me satisfied and not the victim of a trick. Not only do they remove the old, But they prep my new device like gold!

Typically I am very pleased with services from Best Buy, however they really struggled this time. Purchased a new LG gas dryer. A key selling feature was that the door is reversible. Paid for the set up fee specifically to get the door reversed to make it work in my laundry room. The initial delivery team claimed it was not on their work order... I showed it to them. They then apologized and said they did not have the tools to do the job but all I had to do was reschedule an install. So I did. 1 week later, took another day off work. The team showed up, took 1 look at the dryer and stated that they did not have the tools to switch the door, that a technician had to do it. But not to worry, all I needed to do was reschedule. So I did, but this time with quite a bit of complaining. Third team arrived a week later and performed admirably... what I expect and have grown accustomed to with BB. Took them about 20 minutes and all is well. Great job guys. just a shame it took 3 tries. and 2 extra vacation days.

The expertise shown in installing the dryer was excellent. The time taken was minimal and they test run the dryer to ensure it was working. They were courteous and explained the process

I had a mix up with installation (due to fault of my own). They guys that were to complete the installation were excellent about retuening and completing the job. I couldn't be happier. They were absolutely amazing, and I can't thank them enough for fixing my screw up.
