Good job. Timely, and speedy service. This was not an easy job as the new dryer had to be transported to the second floor of our home and the old dryer removed as well. Not a scratch or a ding on the new machine. The installers were very careful. We have an oak staircase--. they did excellent.

The installation was good. Some parts were not fitting right so we need to get them ourselves and fix it.

The guys who did the install did a great fast job no issues whatsoever

Two very capable and very knowledgeable young men arrived with the machines and installed them efficiently and quickly. They left absolutely no mess, they were thorough in their explanation of what they were doing and the did no damage. What more could you ask for??

This item is only 2 weeks old, so I could not fully review this item,. So far it has performed well.

The same installer and movers as my washer did the dryer and again the job was great. The really took their time and were very easy on my mobile home. again, I really like the install and the way they brought both units into my home.

The installers were very nice and did a great job installing the dryer. I forgot to ask them to switch the door.

The product works great. We had to exchange due to it was not drying the clothes. Possibly defective sensors. The team that made the exchange was great. Polite and professional.

3rd party was ok...they got the job done. Even came back to make sure the gas line wasnt leaking.

So happy with the performance of the dryer. I have heard all my life that the Maytag brand is the best! I have found that they were speaking the truth!

Very good communication - installers called several times the morning of the delivery and kept me updated on when they'd be at the house. Installation itself went smoothly - they were professional and efficient and seemed to know what they were doing (I hung around and watched the whole process, which they didn't seem to mind).

Although I rate them only 3 stars it seems that a sales error was the result of an error in purchase. Upon discussing the sale with the salesman, I was informed that since I wanted the machines door to open the opposite way, than as it was installed, that upon delivery it would be done by the install crew. Guess what? It wasn't noted on the sales docs, the crew refused and left. Upon calling best buy I was informed that there is a 40 + dollar fee to do this! Oh yes, the WI-FI is a gimmick that don't work. Located 35 feet from my tower and will not hook up. I have T.V's located 50-60 feet away and no problem. Who loads laundry and then remotely starts it using a WI-FI ap on their cell phone.

The first install team didn’t use the correct fitting, so I had a gas leak in my house for several days and had to call the gas company to come shut that line off. The second install team came and installed it correctly, but I am concerned about safety issues surrounding these installs. The only reason I have three stars instead of less is because Best Buy did come and fix their error, which I very much appreciate.

The gentleman who installed my washer and dryer did an outstanding job! The first set of washer-dryers that were delivered and installed had damage that I did not see until the service providers were gone. They also set up the washer and dryer with the doors both opening the same direction, but Oscar set the replacements up so that the doors opened in opposite directions, making doing laundry much easier. I ordered the washer and dryer in early November, and did not get an acceptable undamaged set until December 29, after 6 previous attempts. I really like my new washer and dryer, but Best Buy needs to do a better job of vetting their third party providers.

When it came to the installation the fellows were top notch. They were very careful bringing the machine inside. After hooking it up they ran a "test" cycle to check that everything was running correctly and then they walked me through the process of operating it. Very courteous installers!
