Gas Dryer Installation by the Best Buy Delivery team was perfect! 10 years since last dryer. Previous installation I did myself, nowhere near as effective as the installation done by Best Buy's installation team. Will use again!

The install was great. Wasnt able to have them do it the first time because the guy said the gas pipe shutoff valve was not working. Had to get that fixed then schedule them to come back out. Best Buy was helpful and flexible with this change.

Guys were really careful carrying in dryer. Install was a piece of cake. In and out.

Works excellent and I like the way the doors open two different ways. Also I can timer dry as low as 10 minutes. Nice lighting also.

Installer requested new shut-off connection which according to my plumber, was not necessary. They did not want to use new vent kit I was required to purchase. I requested that it be installed. The old vent was functional, but they removed it, even tough the old dryer was left behind. They had no means of levelling the machine.

Washer and Dryer is better than expected. Controls and performance is on line with previous Maytag's we have owned. Would recommend this unit to anyone. Had 12 years on last unit and it was still running strong. Needed a gas unit for new home so purchased the pair with installation an delivery from Best Buy.

These guys were very professional and mindful of the surrounding area when moving in and installing our new GE Profile washer and dryer.

Delivery guys didn't hook up steam had to call for another Best Buy tec to come out. Paid heavy set guy $11 for steam hose hook up. He didn't tell partner.

I wasn't sure how to rate this. No fault of the installers they were unable to install the gas line because the shut off valve was not right at the gas pipe outlet in back of the dryer. Because of the way my laundry room is arranged you have to remove and disconnect the washer before you you can pull the dryer out to access the gas pipe which could be disastrous in an emergency so the valve is located in the adjacent furnace room not at the dryer. They had the installation kit but do not fit valves. I was able to get a hassle free refund and hook it up myself. So word to the wise they can't install the unit if the valve is not at the gas pipe outlet.

I just purchased a washer and dryer and the install team was very careful with the install. The laundry room is located upstairs and the install team took great care to protect the washer and dryer as well as my walls.

Does its job well, It's simply all you'll need. Easy as 123.

Best Buy install is very nice it's advisable to know what they are doing for you. Some techs do a fantastic job while others struggle to get it right. If you know what is expected you can make sure everything is good before they leave. Otherwise you need to call and schedule another appointment which is inconvenient.
