These 2 guys showed up a block away to the wrong address and then we’re in a rush and said I didn’t need the new vent that I purchased with my dryer. I was one load into the dryer and the vent came off. They didn’t even clamp the old one on. Now I have to wait till after 5pm (7 hours later) for them to come back and install the vent like they should have done in the first place. Plus I think they damaged the vent tube in the back of the dryer from rushing too much.

Had zero confidence or good experience with the 3rd party installers for my washer /dryer. Between breaking my gas line and hiding the damage to very unfriendly installers. Had 4 different set of installer to do a washer/dryer. Very bad

Not happy at all the installation guy was not nice and when i asked if he could put the washer and dryer on the the pedestals he said he could not do that. He set up the washer and dryer and did not let me know there was a dented on the side it was not until i had another professional come and attach the washer and dryer to the pedestals that i found out about the dent

Horrible install people. Took 3 weeks to get this installed. Alot of drama that they need 4 people to take it up the stairs. In the end once everything was scheduled for 4 guys only 2 guys brought it up. See my google review of the bridgewater, nj store for more details

Had to call a plumber to hook up my dryer. The young man from Best Buy was not able to install. If you have a older dryer that has been hooked up for years plan on a plumber. Cost me $98.00 for the plumber to hook up. Had to replace the gas valve.

2nd Sryer is fine but,,,,After Dryer was installed by Bestbuy, the next day my wife noticed that it was getting hot inside the laundry room. I'd checked it out next day and found that the dryer exhaust duct wasn't attached and all the exhaust was going into room. Very disappointed

The installation was terrible. ABC installation- is a total disaster in terms of service. They came with very bad mood and didn’t want to do the job. I will never buy at BestBuy again with this kind of service.

Not installed as requested - resulted with wrong door siding. Geek squad several times dropped off my calls requesting to to swap washer and dryer units. Very poor service for $3.5K purchase, plus I bought 3y Geek Squad plan - signing off right now, it’s useless. Now I need to hire plumber to reinstall washer and dryer.

Had to buy the vent and dryer line and they reuse the old items that I have.. didn’t notice until couple days later .. will never trust them again

We ordered a gas dryer in October, and it wasn't installed until December. The vent doesn't seem right. It's not even sealed. Is this correct? I have to manually check that the vent is attached each time we use dryer.

I bought this dryer one month ago, I found out they did the installation like this, is almost fall off....I don't know what to do because I found out this problem so late.....

The installation crew was not able to install the dryer and this was not completed. Only the washer was installed. New dryer is in the garage. Cannot use old dryer. Had to call and reschedule again

Due to issues with the ductwork, the delivery agent refused to install the dryer. He said it needed a "professional intallation". I thought that was what I was paying for.

They spilled water all over my floor trying to install the washer and dryer

Didn’t hook correctly!! Ripped a hole in the existing vent hose! Now I. Red to wait until Tuesday for a dryer

Seriously....product is good but the installation is the worse ever. My duct was not secured to the machine!!

I offered the installer a bottle of soapy water to test the gas connection like the dryer installation manual directed and he declined, after looking at me like I was a little crazy. it's been three weeks and it doesn't seem to be leaking gas, but I was a little alarmed when he first left at the smell in the laundry room, he left the dryer running and assured me the smell would go away after a half hour and was normal from the manufacturing process. Other than being a little alarmed about not seeming to follow the manufactuer's installation instructions as it relates to safety, otherwise they were super-efficient and got the job done, it worked when they left. Last time I bought a dishwasher from HD their installers neglected to take the drain plug out so the first time we used it it leaked all over the floor. This dryer experience was definitely better, though I was a little more worried at the time about leaking gas than leaking soapy water from a dishwasher ;o
