Depends on whether we're talking about the first or second attempt. On first attempt, it turns out the delivery team didn't turn on the gas. To be fair, we had other issues to deal with, as the dryer was additionally dented and they worked hard to get me options for compensation or exchange (I got an insane amount in compensation). When they came out to exchange my dryer, the new delivery guy instantly recognized that my gas was off and was out of there in no time flat after turning it on.

We are so happy with our laundry installation. Both machines work efficiently and quietly.

The guys were quick 19 minutes and they were done. They were quick, clean and knowledgeable. Most of all they were quiet! I was on a zoom call while they were installing the dryer and my collogues on the call didn't even hear a thing. Very pleased with them respecting me working, while they were installing the dryer.

We did quite a bit of research prior to this purchase, and found that Best Buy had a great price and more knowledgeable sales people. Overall we're happy with the machine. It has just enough options to satisfy our needs, and doesn't include a lot of unnecessary bells and whistles. It does occasionally seem slow to heat up, but that hasn't been a big drawback. As others have noted, though, the buzzer is a bit rude. Compared to our old machine, the tub seems enormous and we can now dry comforters and quilts instead of taking them to the laundromat. Happy with the machine and Best Buy's service, delivery and installation.

It took three tries to get this done right, but only partially due to issues with the installation contractor. It turned out that there are very specific rules about what kinds of gas connectors they will connect the dryer to. CA laws apparently require them only to use the most recent type of gas connector. They could not install the dryer on our existing connector. Our old dryer was 22 years old, so the connector was out of date. After we had that fixed, the second visit had an error in the order in which they did not include the gas line connection in the work order. Since that was not on the order, the contractor would not perform the work. We had to set up a third appointment to finally get it done. So, check your gas line connector before they come to install a gas dryer and make sure it fits the latest rules. Then triple check the exact wording of your work order so that the dryer install is the first item on the work order. With all the inconvenience, when it was finally installed it worked well and was set up properly.

The Geek squad that installed my dryer did a great job this past Saturday. They were fast and efficient. HOWEVER.. the dryer could not be installed as scheduled 3 days previous by a different Geek squad crew that came out. The installers that day claimed that our gas valve was too old and so he noted that unless we change the valve, the dryer could not be installed & hooked up. Also, the new hose kit and fitting that Best Buy now purchases to attach to the dryers are a different size than the one that was already intact from our Samsung dryer that was being replaced..Is Best Buy getting better deals on purchasing larger hoses that results in more customer cost and dissatisfactions?! We had to call out a plumber who stated that there was **absolutely nothing wrong with the gas valve that we had. The plumber changed it simply because the first installer said that the dryer would not be installed unless we put in a new gas valve. Hr also had to provided a new fitting for the larger gas hose. The plumber cost was $225.00! We will be looking for some sort of adjustment to our washer/dryer purchase. We are not at all happy about the plumber cost or the extra inconvenience all if this caused!!

Came and installed my washer and dryer. I wish people didn’t wear so much cologne. They need to realize we don’t all wanna smell it but the installation part of it was great.

Love the new LG washer and dryer. They are very quiet, very stable.Exactly what I want and are performing amazing.

Make sure you watch the install unless you don't mind them just doing it however they want. The door on mine could have been installed on either side and the men installing decided that the right side for the hinges would do... My washer is on the right side so I had to reach over the door to put on the clothes. I eventually fixed the issue but I mean common isn't that the obvious answer?

They told my wife we needed to call and order another dryer because the door opened on the wrong side. It took me less time to change it than to do this survey. Plus they crunched the exhaust tube. They never shortened it so I had to correct that. I don’t know if it was because of her that they did that because I would have caught it immediately. We paid for the install and parts and I ended up doing more work than they did. So far the product is great.

The installers were very fast and overall very good. They got my machines installed quickly and undamaged. And that in itself is a feat, because my laundry room is tight quarters. My 1 knock would be they were a little too quick and could’ve taken a bit more time in explaining things about the machines.

The guys came on time, installed it quickly, and hooked all up. They were very professional and showed me where it was working. I needed a dryer vent, so they were unable to hook that up, and called their supplier to inform them. The supplier removed that installation fee. Very honest work!

Maytag dryer I love the price , It’s quite has multiple drying cycle the times drying for clothes so that it doesn’t over dry.

Quick and efficient, the delivery and set up guys from Best Buy did a great job on delivering and installing our machine. We would definitely use them again and recommend the service to anyone needing appliances delivered and set up. We were up and running in less than an hour!

First installers scratched the dryer and did not install the stackable hardware. Thankfully Best Buy came to the rescue. Delivered a replacement at a time convenient for me and installed it properly- no problem the second time.

They did a quick job installing the new gas dryer. Only reason why I don’t give the 5 stars is because the discharge duct was left loose and I had to re-attach it properly afterwards to eliminate the leak. Just confirm with them the duct is firmly attached and you should be OK.

Delivery folks were amazing! Professional, kind, knew what they were doing! They installed my dryer, even dusted it off, and tested it to make sure it was running correctly. Gave me some pointers and highlighted some key features on my new machine!
