it works great. it was fairly priced, quiet, and efficient. i would definitely reccomend this dryer.

The Best Buy team did a phenomenal job with delivering and installation and even a bit of “help me figure out how to use this stuff” when I moved into my property at the end of last year. Can’t say enough about the team.

You could do it yourself but since they are delivering it and already paid for all the little extras might as well have them do it and at least save time .. just not money . They did a good job , quick , professional, and knowledgeable.

The crew did a clean and careful job on the installation. However, they did not complete the leveling of the machines. Our laundry has a significant slop of the floor to a floor drain. They made sure all the feet were making contact and the machine did not rock but it was off of level by more than 1 inch side to side. We did not realize this before they left. We adjusted the leveling ourselves later in the day. They should have done this before leaving.

Easy and fast install. They arrived on time and were done in about 30 minutes.

Works great and has lots of space and I love that you can get notifications on your phone when the cycle is done .

Quick and easy hooked the double water line for steam

My washer and gas dryer were delivered and they were able to install the washer. However, they hit a problem when installing the dryer. The problem was 27 year old petrified Teflon Tape on the end of the gas pipe. I had to have a plumber come out to fix that. But Best Buy sent out a team to install the dryer for free! They finished in about 15 minutes. I was very pleased.

Definitely appreciate the installers and their knowledge. Made sure we were up to code which for some can be annoying but we wanted to have this installed correctly so are glad they mentioned it and had no issue rescheduling to accommodate our needs. Very speedy and friendly service techs.

Fastest install I have ever witnessed! They even arrived early which was awesome! They were extremely efficient and very careful when maneuvering the equipment in my home.

I went to set everything up and had to go through three different ways to get it done. I called to set it up and they told me to finish it in store. I went in store and it took them about forty minutes for them to tell me that it will be another forty minutes to see somebody to set it up. When I called the customer service line to set it up the second time they had to add on additional components that I was not told about. That was fine and the lady who was on the phone was very friendly. When I got to the store the day of my appointment it still took about another 25 minutes for them to just finish up setting up my appointment even though. The appointment was already set. The gentleman who did my car work did an excellent job. I would not recommend the setup part for anyone but the work was great. Please fix your setting up appointments issue as soon as possible.

The installation was done. Professionally was pretty good fast and easy so thank you guys for everything.

The two guys that came to install my dryer were the best crew I've ever had install any product. They were quick, polite, courteous and above all, genuine. They were very cooperative with each other as a team should be and not once were they any less than respectful with their language in every sense of the manner. I wish I could have them do every service I'll ever need.

The gentlemen that came were able to remove my old dryer in just a few minutes without a mess. They brought in my beautiful new dryer in and just as efficiently connected it to the new gas line(checked the connection) and the new vent AND move it into the correct position all carefully.

The dryer was installed along with the new washer in less than an hour. We were pleased with everything except the dryer door would not stay open. After checking, I discovered it was never leveled and had to call for a follow up install. The next guy leveled the washer and dryer and everything works well now. They were rushed that day with many installs but they would have saved a return visit if they would have leveled the appliances the first time.

I've only had the LG Gas Dryer for a few weeks so my review is limited. The dryer is performing well. My wife and I ordered the stand and it makes loading the dryer easier. The dryer is easy to use but make sure that your vent is clean before it is installed. The dryer sensor that detects vent blockage went on during the initial running of the dryer and fixing the problem caused my wife and I some distress.

Best Buy sales team and delivery service is top notch and we’re happy with the Whirlpool - 7 Cu. Ft. Gas Dryer with AutoDry Drying System. It does the job and we can rest knowing the product warranty is valid and verified. Thank you Best Buy!
