I've only had the LG Gas Dryer for a few weeks so my review is limited. The dryer is performing well. My wife and I ordered the stand and it makes loading the dryer easier. The dryer is easy to use but make sure that your vent is clean before it is installed. The dryer sensor that detects vent blockage went on during the initial running of the dryer and fixing the problem caused my wife and I some distress.

Install was quick and easy. I did find a bottle of leak test fluid (essentially soapy water) after they left. Not sure if the used one and dropped an extra one from their pocket or if they never did that step. Used it myself to test the connections and everything was good. 4 stars for quick and easy, but maybe take an extra minute or two to be gentle and careful.

The installers were fast and very professional. I was very surprised on how quickly they were able to move out my old machine and install the new ones. I didn't have to lift a finger. They were also very clean and made sure everything was working properly before they left. Very pleased with the service.

Very quiet washer and dryer and works great. Very happy with my purchase. I had best buy stack it and the delivery team were terrific. They took away my old separate washer and dryer and set everything up. Super happy I used Best Buy.

The gentlemen that came were able to remove my old dryer in just a few minutes without a mess. They brought in my beautiful new dryer in and just as efficiently connected it to the new gas line(checked the connection) and the new vent AND move it into the correct position all carefully.

The installation was done. Professionally was pretty good fast and easy so thank you guys for everything.

The installers are a third-party vendor. They were careful removing the old appliances and bringing in the new washer and dryer, but didn't seem prepared or knowledgeable about the equipment. They did not have any extra parts in their truck either. I needed an elbow pipe to properly route the gas line, but they couldn't seem to figure it out. I suggested they use this part, but they didn't have one. Luckily, I suggested that they remove the part from the old dryer. They also did not use the vent kit I purchased and ended up taking it with them, but didn't make sure the purchase was refunded. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.

The 1st dryer did not heat on the high heat setting and was installed improperly. The second one appears to be installed properly and it is working, but it is a little too early to make a judgment. It was delivered less than one week ago.

I appreciate the installers making every effort to not ding my walls or mess up our wood floor. The installation took maybe 20mins and we had a safely installed dryer ready to go.

Quick at installing dryer but it wasn't level. The dryer actually is facing downward. Whirlpool service tech had to level the dryer.

The first crew was a little upset about having to do this, but the second crew was soooo awesome and professional. I would give the second crew a 5 star rating, but am averaging out the points. They did it SOOO fast too.

the guys who came to insall my washer and dryer were beyond awesome and professional. they explained that there was an issue with my valve and let me know without attitude and with patience that they would not be able to connect the dryer. once fixed they came back promptly and finished the install. great guys. loved the install.

Installers arrived on time and did a flawless installation. My only complaint was with the sales process that forced us to buy a dryer installation kit even though it would not work for this job. The installer looked at the situation and agreed that using the existing custom exhaust pipe made the most sense.The installation itself was perfect

I highly recomment BestBuy / GeekSquad gas dryer installation. The delivery folkes installed the gas dryer in my house. The did a great job. The installation was quick and they took utmost care of the dryer.

Dryer is quiet and easy on clothes. I haven’t used the steam settings yet. The installation was done quickly, carefully, and questions asked were answered. I would have liked more information about each setting and what fabrics/clothing are safe in each setting In the booklet.

1. came for installation, and without checking pedestal compatibility, Team did remove and hall away the old unit. 2. After realizing , I had no choice, so agreed to get the new unit on the floor. 3. New dryer is installed , but with out even checking the heating, team left after just basic on and off. Now new Dryer is not heating cloths even after 3 rounds and when checked with Samsung team, it gives a code. C90, which says may be vent related problem, which was cleaned just 3 months ago. 4. Lost the old unit and new unit has the same issue. No option to return as old one was taken away

Everything is working great. But they installed gas on opposite side of how i previously hooked up. Not the best way.
