your man came removed the old dryer, installed the new one. gave my wife a run down on operating it. left with no problems. fast work and friendly service, thank you.

It took them a while because it also needed LP conversion, but it still wasn't excessively long. The LP company sent out an inspector to make sure all of our LP appliances were hooked up correctly, and he didn't raise any concerns about the installation. Working well so far.

Terrible! The Best Buy technician didn’t connect the venting hose correctly which came a loose within 12 months. I never had this problem with my previous dryer I had for over 20 years

Dryer didn’t work after the “professional” installation (no heat). I figured out that the installers didn’t turn the gas on (or leak test the gas connections) after connecting the gas line. Packet of unused gas connection leak test liquid was on the floor behind the dryer when I pulled the dryer out to turn on the gas. Had to reconnect the dryer vent, which was my old vent even though we paid for a new one.

Excellent delivery service. They had to go up a flight of stairs and they handled it professionally and carefully.

My old unit was 20 years old though it was time to update

The installers were quick, efficient, courteous and knowledgeable. The install went in quickly and has been working perfectly since.

My last dryer lasted 40 years and this Whirlpool has the same features. The dryer is simple with an auto setting, a timed setting and a fluff setting. I highly recommend this dryer. The more electronics etc. the more problems.

I had to reschedule this so many times and it was so easy to do. I highly suggest it especially if you have a difficult area to get to!

I have no issues with the product I purchased. My issue was with the advise I was given. An installer came to my home and measured the space. He then recommended a washer/dryer unit to fit the space. Once the units were installed they stick out into the hallway by 2 - 3 inches. The whole purpose of having someone to measure the space prior to my purchase was to ensure the washer and dryer would fit into the existing space.

Very good product, I recommend buying at Best Buy.

My installer was Steve who did an excellent, professional job. He had previously installed an identical machine with a punctured exhaust hose, and then returned to replace the defective machine with one that is perfect. Everything went smoothly with both installations, and we will happily use (and recommend) his services for any similar work

If I could give a zero star, I would the delivery team stated the dryer vent was broken, which it was not so they could not install a new dryer so they uninstalled old dryer and left the gas line not capped off which was leaking gas. Luckily, my family went to go visit her parents and when I got home from work, I could smell the distinct smell of gas in the house.
