Dryer didn’t work after the “professional” installation (no heat). I figured out that the installers didn’t turn the gas on (or leak test the gas connections) after connecting the gas line. Packet of unused gas connection leak test liquid was on the floor behind the dryer when I pulled the dryer out to turn on the gas. Had to reconnect the dryer vent, which was my old vent even though we paid for a new one.

The guys did an incredible job on the installation. Very quick, professional, polite and clean work. A very welcome change from most installation services!

This is as an incredible experience! Best crew ever! I don’t know who reads this but the crew really hooked it up, it was a weird tricky install and laundry room is a bit of a disaster setup wise but they installed everything perfectly and customized things per our needs. If I were Best Buy management I would use the two gentlemen who installed our washer/dryer for literally every install in the state of Delaware!

Good experienced workers hooked up my dryer without any mishaps, much appreciated!

I have no issues with the product I purchased. My issue was with the advise I was given. An installer came to my home and measured the space. He then recommended a washer/dryer unit to fit the space. Once the units were installed they stick out into the hallway by 2 - 3 inches. The whole purpose of having someone to measure the space prior to my purchase was to ensure the washer and dryer would fit into the existing space.

My last dryer lasted 40 years and this Whirlpool has the same features. The dryer is simple with an auto setting, a timed setting and a fluff setting. I highly recommend this dryer. The more electronics etc. the more problems.

I purchased a washer and dryer from best buy that included free delivery and paid install. When they brought the units the first time, we had an issue with the washer and instead of installing the dryer, they just left without installing either item. After the issue with the washer was resolved, they came out a second time a week later and the unit was installed. I have had no problems with the dryer, but because it took 2 attempts to install the dryer they receive 3 stars.

Not very satisfied with washer nor dryer. I thought this set would be wonderful for my uncle who soils his clothing. I am always needing to reset, respin the washer and then dryer will dry somethings but leave other clothing wet.

BB get a great job of installing our gas dryer in our new house. They were on time and had the job done quickly.

My installer was Steve who did an excellent, professional job. He had previously installed an identical machine with a punctured exhaust hose, and then returned to replace the defective machine with one that is perfect. Everything went smoothly with both installations, and we will happily use (and recommend) his services for any similar work

I wanted to make sure that my new gas dryer was installed correctly and knew the Best Buy delivery team could complete this job competently and professionally, to insure the safety of this installation.

The dryer that my husband and I bought from Best Buy is amazing. Is easy to use and very spacious. I love that when the clothes are done drying it plays a a soothing music that lets me done my clothes is done drying. The customer service representatives that dropped off the dryer were very professional and installed everything themselves. My husband and I would definitely recommend this dryer t9 anyone. You will not regret it definitely a great buy.

Installer was 1 hour late to the latest time in the window we were given with no apology or explanation. Washer hook up was ok. But He caused and left us with a gas leak during dryer install which could have blown up our house had we not noticed. He left the y connector for the steam kit (which he was supposed to install but didn’t) but not the hose so we can’t even install the kit ourselves. We have taken 5 days off work, paid $400 to a plumber to fix his mistake, and spent 10+ hours on phone trying to get a resolution for the situation with customer service not helping at all. All they can do is make appt and only ones that are available. No exceptions for mistakes their installers make or emergencies. I would never let anyone from this company install anything for me again.

Technicians were prompt and fast. However, a month later I noticed a mold smell coming from the dryer. Had the dryer vent cleaned and in addition to the fact the actual ventilation going through the wall had to be cleaned out, the dryer hose itself was not installed correctly, not sealed, and they used the cheapest hose. The lint was being blowed back into the dryer! Will never use Best Buy again for appliance installation and will have a professional do it.

The installers were quick, efficient, courteous and knowledgeable. The install went in quickly and has been working perfectly since.

They were very nice and professional. Very fast service. The only thing we didn’t like is that they could remove their shoes or wear plastic covers on their shoes, as we have a nice clean carpet.

After installation was done and the delivery guys left, my wife ran 3 loads of laundry. On the third load, the GAS error code for the dryer came up. I had to pull the dryer back out and discovered that they never turned the gas on. Apparently verifying that the dry gets hot is not on the delivery/installation checklist. The vent tubing attached to the dryer was also never tightened.
