Best Yet Installations had provided the service they said they would. When there was an issue they were able to handle the correction. They were also able to handle a damage return; our first dryer was damaged during shipping and rather than have us have to make any phone calls or contacts they handled the replacement quickly.

The installer cost $500 in addition to paying Best Buy for installation. The charge for the permit is understandable but I was not aware of the requirement of rigid venting which cost a lot. I don't know if one can just get a dryer delivered and then hire a plumber to install, but I should have tried that route.

It took nearly 70 phone calls to various call centers and warehouses to get this installed. Best Buy was as difficult to work with as I've ever encountered. But now that it's installed, it works great!

Those guys were awesome. Three of them came and they were professional, knowledgeable, and transparent about the necessary steps to get the job done properly and safely. They were not at my house for long, they knew exactly what they were doing, and the job was clean and neat. I hope everyone gets the guys I did they will not disappoint! I wasn’t expecting such great and efficient service because of some of the reviews I read, but the guys that I got blew me away! 100% recommend them!
