love this product and working nicely for my home usage

the installer were very polite, professional, and quick to install both washer and gas dryer.

The installation crew (two men) came almost a half day sooner than expected. Came in and installed 3 appliances and made sure they were up and running before we left. Honestly didn't expect this level of service for installation through Geek squad after reading some reviews. But I was pleasantly surprised. I should say that the delivery and install is outsourced through a different company so experiences can vary I would suspect.

I really liked that Robert and Noah arrived earlier than the estimated time. Of course they called ahead to make sure that was okay with me. Both were very cordial, efficient and it was easy to tell that they knew what they were doing.

long wait and first dryer was defective from manufacturer but Best Buy kept going till everything was done right

The service for this second replacement was kind of odd. Tech out, you need a main board. Then I get a call saying the board is not available but they are ordering some other parts. 2+ weeks go by and tech comes out, doesn't install the parts that were ordered and says I need a replacement dryer. Three weeks in now. I wonder how the underwriter feels about this.

best buy took our $1200 in cash, signed us up for a high interest best buy credit card and they charged $3000 dollars on it and since October 2023 could not, after making at least 10 appoints to deliver the dryer and washer and cancelling the appointments, we never recieved either one in a mint condition state. we had removed inside doors and exterior doors in temperatures of 30° below zero and wasted all our heat going outside. its now February 10th and we are still waiting for best buy to pick up the damaged dryer they left here so we can get a full refund. in the mean time we went directly to the manufacturer, LG buy the washer and dryer with all of the amenities we paid best buy for like shipping, parts, and installation. and on top of those charges we paid for an extended warranty and the laundry pedestal drawers and ended up paying less money for everything. for all of the many exhausting and frustrating phone calls that made me lose the many hours of my life and i cant get backi would give best buy an overall score of zero stars but the website will only allow you to respond with one star. will never buy anything, not so much as a toaster, from best buy ever again in my lifetime. from the salespeople in the store, all the way to a call center that is supposed to suffice as customer service, i give a big fat zero followed by the worst curse words. my advice to the unsuspecting general public is to NEVER shop at best buy!

The were prompt and quick to install the new dryer.

The dryer was installed correctly and the gas line even brought up to code for us.

I'm a big fan of LG washer/dryers and especially love the new steam feature on the dryer. It takes the wrinkles right out of my wrinkled clothes! Love it!

Agents performed gas dryer installation flawlessly in a timely and professional manner. They also provided clear and easy to understand instructions on dryer usage. Both provided handy pointers to get the best results.

Purchasing the delivery and installation option for our gas dryer was a excellent choice. Not having to drive down to the store (truck) and unloading the dryer at the house was a blessing. Having the install team hook up the dryer and explain how to works was a big benefit for my wife.

The install was to have a gas dryer removed and taken away, and to have an electric dryer installed. Because the person who came was only able to install electric (not able to touch gas), had to reschedule, and had to go to the store to get that scheduled as there is no way to get the two meshed online. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER The person who eventually did the install was great, but I don't think he even works for BB

The Best Buy folks did a great job installing the washer but beware if you buy anything GAS. We got a gas dryer so then the installers are actually a third party NOT Best Buy workers. Best Buy did a great job price matching the install fee but with third party, they couldn’t. So just another thing to keep in mind. The 3rd party company also keep changing the delivery time and claiming it was either me or Best Buy that messed up even though Best Buy told me the correct times (that I had asked for). One time, they called saying they were running early but I didn’t answer since I was sleeping (night worker) so they left and refused to come back for the actual scheduled time! I picked the later time for a reason because of my work shifts!! So I had a washer but no dryer for about a week because of this back and forth schedule mess. Then when they arrived, they claimed our gas line would be flagged because of how it was set up and said it would be 100s of dollars to correct. More than half the price I even paid for the dryer!! I was definitely upset since they claimed it would be flagged in a house inspection if we sold (even though it had never come up in our house inspection when we moved in) and they refused to install the gas dryer until the line was fixed … … I very, very reluctantly agreed to a talked down amount but was still mad since it took them only about 15-20mins to fix a “huge” issue and yet still charged over $300! Best Buy apologized for everything that happened since they don’t really have total control over a 3rd party’s actions and BB tried to make it right which I appreciated. But not going to lie, it still annoys me when I think about it. So if a 3rd party ever comes to work on something, get everything figured out and clear beforehand! And don’t be afraid to question them since they might be trying to make more money off you.

I was guite pleased. The installer was completely knowledgeable. He showed up with the clothes dryer on time. He contacted me Pryor to arriving to verify the address . The merchandise was undamaged. The installer was very personable and professional. He made sure I was satisfied and that the machine operated properly.

Arrived on time and finished quickly. Needed separate days to unhook the gas, install dryer and hook up the gas but it was done in 3 consecutive days
