I was guite pleased. The installer was completely knowledgeable. He showed up with the clothes dryer on time. He contacted me Pryor to arriving to verify the address . The merchandise was undamaged. The installer was very personable and professional. He made sure I was satisfied and that the machine operated properly.

2 men came in and got right To Work, fast and efficient the entire way through

No issues with the service. They moved the dryer and switched the door as requested.

The installers were great. Pleasant and conversational, while still getting the job done quickly and fully. I had non-standard gas line hookups and they were able to get my dryer installed and running in no time. Id have them back to do more work any time.

The service for this second replacement was kind of odd. Tech out, you need a main board. Then I get a call saying the board is not available but they are ordering some other parts. 2+ weeks go by and tech comes out, doesn't install the parts that were ordered and says I need a replacement dryer. Three weeks in now. I wonder how the underwriter feels about this.

It is scheduled for next week, but it is my understanding that a licensed plumber does this work.

The install was to have a gas dryer removed and taken away, and to have an electric dryer installed. Because the person who came was only able to install electric (not able to touch gas), had to reschedule, and had to go to the store to get that scheduled as there is no way to get the two meshed online. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER The person who eventually did the install was great, but I don't think he even works for BB

The installers came promptly. They were very knowledgable. It all went very quickly.

What friendly and efficient installation crew from Best Buy! They arrived on time and promptly installed the dryer. They even cleaned behind the old dryer after removing it! Cudos to the great team who installed our dryer.

Delivery/gas installation men were very good. I had previously measured the opening to bring the dryer into the basement. Unfortunately I was wrong and it would not fit. I had a minute of panic, but they found another way to bring it in which required moving many items in my basement. The installation went great! Also, cost was very good compared to other stores to do gas installation.

I was really concerned with this because I had never before had a gas dryer and I wasn't sure how it would work. The installers were efficient and hooked up the dryer in just a few minutes and made sure it was safe to operate. I really appreciated their professional work.

They say there were going to be there at 7:00 and they were. They said they were going call me 1/2 before they show right at 6:30 I got the phone call.. when I got they told me I need this done and they did it with permission they were in and out less hour check everything through.. differently use them again

The two guys that delivered and hooked up our gas dryer were very efficient and answered all questions. He even swapped the door so that it would open the other way. I wished there was more information about what the different wash cycles and what is recommended in the manual.

Installation of my gas dryer went well. Had to purchase a back flow preventer due to having water/steam to/in the dryer. (they classify it as a permit that you have to have an inspector from the county come out to your house to make sure it is installed correctly). Also had to have the gas turn off valve replaced. Keep the additional fees in mind when you go to purchase a gas dryer.

Awesome appliance, looks good and works great. Easy to use, great purchase.
