Failed dryer installation. Had to reinstall ourselves. Contacted Best Buy and after a long call no follow up or resolution.

Poorest customer experience I have ever had. Installers delivered but refused to install products on top of damaging kitchen cabinets.

They did change me extra money $540.00 and they did damage bathroom wall.

Washer destroyed in truck. Horrible dryer install.

The guys who came out were awesome. However, Best Buy made them replace my exhaust pipe (which used to be flex piping) and added Hammer valves to the water supplies on my washing machine - which I didn't even have serviced! All I got was a dryer, yet the service to my washing machine had to be updated. The exhaust pipe I can understand since we're talking about carbon monoxide, but the washing machine supplies?? So it cost me an extra $500 on top of everything that I already paid Best Buy for, at the time of installation. The ad for the dryer said "$799.99" and there were $50 "taxes, fees, and surcharges". So $849. Then with installation and GeekSquad coverage, the total came to $1,354.31 AND THEN $500 to bring things up to the "Best Buy" code. So an $800 washer cost me $1,054.31 extra dollars. So why the 4 stars? The washer is awesome, and the installers did a fantastic job, they explained it all, and they were very apologetic about having to spring this cost on unsuspecting buyers. They're required to send Best Buy pictures of everything so that Best Buy will honor the warranty. So would I recommend this item? Yes, but I'd recommend you get it from a different establishment.

Installers arrived late but did a great job. Completed everything very quickly, left the work place clean, moved the old unit to the place requested. Would give five stars if not late arrival

2 young men brought the machine, in a van, without an unloading ramp. one man had control of front. other man stepped back, did not take any of the weight, and they dropped the dryer. i heard metal banging. i let them go ahead and install it, then the geek squad repairmen came twice to do the repair. if it wud dry clothes all the way, i wud now say it is perfect.

Samsung washer and dryer are working excellent. We had problem With the gas installer who never showed up 2 times on the specified time. That needs attention by the management.

Great service. The installation was quick and hassle free. The equipments are working fine. The only problem is that they left hand smudges on my walls and some left over material from the installation laying around the floor.

They look great in our house and they are easy to use and work very well.

The installer for our new Samsun Dryer was quick and efficient. My only complaint is that he didn’t explain the steam feature, which required a water hose hooked to the dryer, which we were unaware of. I only discovered it when I used the “wrinkle away” feature and my comforter came out with wet spots. Other than that, the dryer works great.

The installers were very professional. There were some issues that they had to address due to a missing part and they did the right thing. They were patient and considerate of my situation and I was so glad that it was the same team when they came back to complete my installation. I was pleasantly surprised to find two conscientious pros delivering and installing my washer and dryer.

The crew that installed my gas dryer were awesome. They arrived on time, had communicated in advance to confirm. The dryer was installed quickly and efficiently, even in the challenging small space available. The cleaned up after their work. Very polite and professional.

These guys were amazing! They called to let me know the were coming earlier that my appointment time. They worked quickly (finished installing win 39 min) and hauled my old dryer away. Everything works great

It took 4 visits from Best Buy (outsourced) Geek Squad to get my gas dryer installed. The first time the dryer was delivered but the sales rep forgot to put the stacking kit on the order (after 2 hours of being on hold to speak to a rep plus 1 hour speaking to the rep to figure out how they sold my original dryer and no longer had it in stock - this dryer was a replacement order so I already had a not so great experience with Best Buy). The second visit was to hand deliver the stacking kit to make sure it was the correct size for the dryer. Silly because the dryer size was on the order, which could have just been viewed and shipped UPS instead of Geek Squad. Third visit was to install but the guys realized the vent hose that Best Buy requires you to purchase with the order would not work because the hose is only semi flexible and I needed a flexible hose for it to fit properly in the laundry closet. I had to go out and buy the hose needed and return the vent kit to Best Buy. Final and fourth visit the dryer was installed fairly quickly and properly from what I can tell.

We needed a washer/dryer to fit into a small space area housing the washer/dryer and this worked. We really didn’t want a bunch of whistles and bells and this works for us.

They did a good job, they arrived in their timeslot worked efficiently. They did wear masks when asked to. They cleaned up before they left. Were able to put a valve in that was required by state code(at an additional fee). Overall a good experience.
