They carefully took away all the packaging materials, connected the gas and water professionally. The gas dryer has the nice steam feature and indeed keep the wrinkles most free. But you need to manually stop it after drying. Otherwise it keeps ruining to keep the wrinkles away.

The guys from Mpls Plumbing were fantastic. They were friendly, professional, and explained the issue regarding codes issues and what was needed. They were fast with the install and we were left impressed by their work.

So they only brought out one guy for what should have been a 2 men job for washer and dryer installation! Also, it was 3rd party. Would of been nice if they wore booties to cover their shoes!

The 2 gentlemen who brought my gas dryer went straight to work connecting my dryer to our gas supply, and showed me the hookup, to assure me it was safely installed. They were efficient, tidy and polite, and hauled off our old appliances. Thanks, Gents!

Great gas dryer. Initially some of the clothes were a little damp after the drying cycle, but that issue seems to have gone away. If you buy this dryer (and matching washer), Download the Smart ThinQ app. I like the notifications that my clothes are done.

The installers are licensed professional. Willy and Ernesto are best installer, and updating me every step during the installation.

We purchased an electric dryer, not gas, so cannot rate the gas dryer. My ratings here are based on the electric dryer which I am very happy with.

The two guys who came to install the clothes dryer had the attitude they were doing me a favor! I PAID for the installation, it was not included in the purchase price. But, the dryer works so bottom line that is all that really matters.

The delivery was smooth. The gentleman was polite, courteous and had a very professional demeanor.

The two gentleman were early (which was really needed on a busy Saturday), they spent a good amount of time making sure it was done correctly, they only used parts that were necessary(saving us money) and they even threw in a little extra help for free!
