The installer took away our old machine and installed the new one fairly quickly. The process went smoothly.

First time it was delivered they could not install it because there was no gas cut off by the dryer, thought that didn't stop installation of last gas dryer. When they brought it back and did install it the vent fell disconnected from wall and they had to come back and re istall it. And on three different visits installers did not speak one word of English which was inconvenient.

Great installation team that installed our washer and dryer at 7:00 PM on the Friday before Christmas to met the commitment that the GM at Best Buy made to us to have installed before Christmas. They were cheerful, courteous, professional and completed the installation of both machines while answering our questions about our new neighborhood. We moved from California to Utah and had lots of questions about the area.

The installer was great. Quick, thorough and patient with all of my questions. Highly Recommended!

Being a propane dryer the Geek Squad was limited in what could be done. They could only place the unit, connect the steam hose and explain the controls. The propane installation was carried out by our propane provider. Once that was accomplished the dyer worked great.

Although there was a mixup on the delivery originally, these two did an excellent job delivering the dryer I purchased and getting it up and running. They were careful not to damage the dryer moving it down in the basement or my home. The old dryer was removed and they went the extra mile to put an extra screw in my screen door to ensure it shut properly. Would recommend.

The gentleman tried very hard to connect the gas dryer vent close enough so everything worked. He was not successful. I hired my handyman and he was successful. The Best Buy installer really did try hard. And I appreciated his honesty efforts.

I have mixed feelings about the installation. The installers were there when promised, seemed professional, and the hookup looks great. However as soon as they arrived they began ticking off extra work that needed to be done at additional cost. I felt backed into a corner because I didn't know whether what they were telling me was really true; also, I didn't know whether what they were charging me was fair. In the end it cost me $400 more, so $600 total when including what I paid directly to Best Buy. They also included a permit fee, which was fine, but they marked that up over and above what it said right on the permit. The installers also left parts and debris on the floor. I don't feel like I should have to clean up after them. From now on I will call around first and get bids before agreeing to have Best Buy installers do any job.

The men who arrived to install dryer were extremely courteous and even covered their shoes. They were both very strong and carried old unit out and new one up. Unfortunately, it took two visits to install but they did come back with proper fittings and as Alex said in a few short minutes, we have liftoff and installation was complete!

Prince, the installer did a fantastic job installing our washer and dryer yesterday. 05 may 22. he should had an assistant, since he the work of two people. i would recommend Prince, for any job. he is courteous, professional, and very knowledable.

Polite and professional Carlos and his partner were efficient and installed the washer and dryer quickly.
