Prince, the installer did a fantastic job installing our washer and dryer yesterday. 05 may 22. he should had an assistant, since he the work of two people. i would recommend Prince, for any job. he is courteous, professional, and very knowledable.

Took 3 hours to install new washer and dryer. Installers did not have time/didn't want to switch door to opposite side - had to set up another date myself and wait around another day for service.

Although we waited all day, and it was very difficult to get information about the status of our delivery, the installers did a great job. They were quick, clean and professional.

Those guys handled our tough installation of our new dishwasher like the pros we hoped they would be. VERY pleased!

The men who arrived to install dryer were extremely courteous and even covered their shoes. They were both very strong and carried old unit out and new one up. Unfortunately, it took two visits to install but they did come back with proper fittings and as Alex said in a few short minutes, we have liftoff and installation was complete!

The gas dryer works great. The men that installed the dryer was very kind. They knew their job well. Which made me feel at ease with your service. They were able to answer any questions I had. So thanks for the courtesy that your employees showed. If I need anything else I will come to Best Buy first.

The guys who Put our Dryer in were amazing. I asked if I would be able to wipe the floor up while they swithched the old dryer out!

Scheduling the professional took much too long, however, the installation was excellent.

First install went terrible. Installers didn't even stay to see why unit wasn't working properly nor attempted to help find a solution, even if it was as simple as them making an effort to help contact the store. Installed and ran for the door. Second time, not sure if different installers, went fantastic. Took a brief minute to explain minor details, stayed to see if unit was working properly.

It was awful, I had to paid for the installation for the dryer myself it cost me $477.00. I received only $100.00 back for installation fee. Other than that the washer and dryer is wonderful .

The delivery and installation of the gas dryer was perfect. Best Buy partnered with another company and they were on time and got the job done expeditiously!

Come on time and installed system in a timely manner.

Best part of my purchases was the service installation team. Smart and dedicated. I was very happy with their performance.

They came in, lugged the dryer downstairs, and immediately started the install. While one of them was connecting the pipes the other loaded the old dryer to take back up and out. In all it took them about a half-hour forty-five minutes and it was done. They went over some of the features before they left. Couldn't be happier.

Installers were very thorough with explaining codes and necessary updating on gas line. Very happy with the work.

Guys that installed friendly, fast explained everything and even brought my old dryer to the garage.

The installer was on time, a hard worker & knew what he was doing.

I would recommend it it is a great dryer . The workers who installed it were great. The only complaint Best Buy needs to keep people updated during delivery not having someone sitting all day when the workers have several other customers they have to get to. Besides when ordering appliances please have someone from appliance set the order to avoid any confusion.
