Don called an hour ahead of appointment to let us know timing. He was very professional, careful and clean! He worked efficiently, it was clear he had done this many times before, and took pride in his work. I would recommend him to family and friends.

Purchased a new dryer and required installation. Best Buy professional installers were there on time and the installation was quickly done. They even removed the old dryer for us. You can always depend on Best Buy for their excellent products and service.

The installers (husband and wife team) did an excellent job. The original vent kit included by best buy didn't work. The installers did their best to fit the kit, but on the first dryer run, the vent was leaking moist warm air back into the dryer room. I texted the installers and was surprised to see them respond. They came back and removed the vent, installed a new rigid vent, adjusted the wall hole to make sure the vent stayed in. Once they sealed the ends, we ran a test dryer run and now everything was fine. Very professional.

Professional installation is worth the price and the piece of mind that everything will be as it should be. Purchased this along with my new clothes drier and could not have been more satisfied.

The dryer matches my washer. I've very pleased with the performance and the end result. The many choices of how my laundry is dried is appreciated. See my review for the washer as to size. I had no problem having the dryer installed to my gas connection, and no problem having the door reversed.

These installers were professional, thorough, and personable! They made our installation look easy, and changed out the old flex tubing with the new, and had the new dryer running, in minutes!

My bathroom/laundry room is very small, making installation a challenge! This required both the drier and washer to be lifted above the sink--no problems--nothing broken and everything h is working perfectly!! They arrived on time!! Thank you!

Good job, workers were very professional and helpful! Only concern is the joint goo hasn't hardened and is still wet ! Also rather expensive seeing that the product was purchased at Best Buy and would have thought installation would be included!

Installation crew brought in new gas dryer and installed it within 30 minutes. They removed old dryer and followed up with the inspection. All done professionally, fast and clean.
