They came in, fast, quick, and did the hook up for the gas with no problem, i must say, they did a good job No complaints

Installation went as expected and was done quickly. The Dryer has been working as expected.

Although the installers did a good job, getting them to do it was like pulling teeth. They scheduled installation 3 times before they followed through. Meanwhile, each time I paid someone to remove my kitchen door and take off my basement railing to make room for the dryer to go down. Not a good way to do business. Also, beware that ALL GAS INSTALLATIONS require a permit, even if you already have gas units in your home. That is not made clear at time of purchase.

Installation was quick and easy. They delivery were also able to stack my dryer just like I asked. Make sure you have the kit if you plan to have your washer and dryer stacked.

They did a decent job installing the washer and dryer on the inside. When I went outside to see the new vent, they ruined my siding by trying to force the pieces into the house. The vent was the cheapest piece of tin that was bent to the point that the flap would not close. I was wondering why they jumped in the truck and left in a hurry. I called and sent several emails with no response and ended up paying someone else to come fix the damage. Very disappointed

These guys got the job done fast and efficiently. Very satisfied with the service and the washer/dryer.

The installers brought the dryer and installed it as expected. We had multiple deliveries (see my dryer review for details) and on most of the deliveries the crew did a good job of installing and cleaning up. On one occasion they left boxes and packaging material in the driveway. Communications were TERRIBLE. We repeatedly gave them a specific number on which to contact us, but they insisted on calling the number on the account instead of the number we provided, even after we repeatedly asked them not to. Communications rating = -1.

Great service. Arrived on time, went right to work and kept me apprised all throughout the process. Walked me through the use of the washer/dryer and testing.. Highly recommend these folks for installation

The guys did a nice job, were friendly and on time. Unfortunately, we had to wait weeks for an appointment.

The installation team was on time and prepared. The installation was on the second floor and they also removed the old washer and dryer.

Is big enough for a large load of blankets and/or clothes. Works very fast and I love that there are multiple options (delicate, economy, etc).

Dryer works as it should. Front loading is easier with pedestal.
