techs were great and even discussed options since i had non standard gas lines. went and bought the 5 dollar adapter and finished installation rather than the only option they had on the truck that was 150. appreciated the candid assessment and advice on how to finish the project easily

I was very fortunate to get the installers that I did. I needed a permit for the install where I lived, which I did not know. Luckily they did, and they took care of the permit for me right on the spot. They also did a great job on the install. They removed my old machine and installed the new one in roughly half an hour. They were also very prompt and kept in communication about when they were arriving. I was very happy with the service.

Best Buy purchase was awesome. But the installer stated that we need to update the gas lines. He quoted a high fee for that. So, we got second opinion from another gas electrician and went with different installer since they were much cheaper. So, if you are needing update with your gas lines to connect the new dryer, make sure you get a second opinion.

The installer was very friendly and seemed to do a good job. However, once I went to use the washer for the first time, it showed an error message and would not run. It was late at night, so I wasn't able to call for service, so I googled for a solution. The next day I called the installer back and they told me we would have to go back to Best Buy, ok. So, I did just that, Best Buy told me they would get back to the installer which would take several days (there was also a week-end in there). I was rather irritated by this as I had a house full of company coming and wanted to get all the spare bedding washed. After doing some more Google searches and watching You Tube, I was able to fix it myself. It was an easy fix, the drain hose was too far down into the drain pipe, I'm sure if my husband had been home (he was out of town) he would have been able to easily identify this problem without all the frustration I went through. Anyway, I did contact the installer who was supposed to be coming back to let them know their visit was no longer necessary, well, they showed up anyway. Wondering if they got paid by Best Buy to make a service call? The only way I knew they were here is because I saw them on my security camera, I was not home. Would have saved everyone a lot of hassle if someone could have just taken my call initially and talked me through the error code.

I had to contact the company several times because they kept telling me that the time I had requested was a different time. The installer was great. He had a hard time with the installation because the washer was in the way. The washer install people arrived before the dryer installer. I told the installers to install the dryer first, so that the washer wouldn't be in the way when the dryer installer got here three hours later.

The installation process was great ...they came on time and were quick and on point. I was very pleased

So far so good ...best buy installed this and it is working well.

It took longer than expected because the first time the unit was badly scratched (in the box!). The second attempt went well and I had the unit installed in about an hour. The installers cleaned up after they were done (lots of dust and lint kicked up removing the old unit). I have been using the dryer for several weeks now without any complaints. It takes less time to dry than my old Amana. I am very happy with it!

I did not purchase my appliance as I already had them. Amazing! Installers did an incredible job stacking my washer n dryer and hooking up the gas line. They checked all their work and cleaned up after themselves. Explained everything and they were sincerely nice guys!

Very professional. He was willing to complete the delayed work even though he was short handed. Kept us informed on the times of arrival and very friendly and respectful.

The install was fine. They did push out my exhaust vent slightly when they installed the vent kit so I will end up needing to fix that as it now sticks out from my house on the exterior. They also broke a light but it was an accident and they handled it really well & professionally so it was not a big deal. Overall the install was just ok but seemed a little less professional then I was expecting. But my washer & dryer works so like I said, it was ok.

I had the great experience of purchase and installation of gas dryer at my home. The deliver folks came right on time as scheduled and took care of things in a very smooth way. Both the fellow were very courteous and well mannered. They made sure I was fully satisfied with the installation and they even changed the direction of the door opening from right side to left, without any qualms. I am very satisfied and happy customer in the end.
