Originally, the wrong dryer was delivered. The installation guys were the ones that pointed it out. They made phone calls, hooked up the wrong dryer so we could use it until the new one arrived. Same guys brought the correct dryer. Very nice and did a great job.

Awful experience. The first installer didn’t level the washer so first spin cycle almost broke it. As for dryer, they didn’t connect vent properly so garage was like a sauna. They came back and fixed both. A week later dryer started making scratching noises. Service tech came out and said dryer was broken at delivery. They sent a new one and seems to be installed correctly. Since we had issues was wanting to add extended warranty but they said it was too late because I’ve owned it too long.

The gas dryer installation including the required parts, although pricey, is necessary. The savings you experience are by using gas rather than electric.

I was able to schedule delivery and installation online when I ordered the dryer. They called to confirm 2 days before, then called about 15 minutes before they arrived at the very beginning of the delivery window. Good job on installation. Cost was $139.

I purchased a washer and dryer set for my son's apartment. The set up and installation went very smoothly! Considering that the unit was in a 2nd story apartment, I commend the installers for their hard work and dedication to excellent customer service.

The two gentlemen both named Chris installed my dryer with care and excellence. They took time to explain the workings of the dryer and were kind and professional. I highly reccomend them. It was a pleasure to have knowledgeable installers.

The guy they sent to install our dryer was an idiot and scam artist. 1st he came completely unprepared and couldn't install it. Had to come back the following day and still didn't get it right. It's not leveled and the dryer vent hose is wrong. Then he had the nerve to tell me I needed to pay him. I told him I already prepaid for the install. He got mad, left his mess and left our house. We are getting the dryer reinstalled tomorrow.
