The guys did a great job!!!! They came on schedule.

These guys were AWESOME! Washer and dryer went up to the second floor, were installed quickly and they took care not to bump our walls!

This review is more about the installation than the product. This far the product has been great. I am very happy with it. The delivery and installation was disappointing. Delivery was "free". I also purchased from best buy the steam dryer install kit that was required for installation by best buy. Since it was a gas dryer best buy said there would be a $200 installation fee. I agreed and paid. When the delivery came I was told since the dryer had a steam function, there would be an additional fee of $195 from the installation people (a 3rd party contractor) to install the steam function. If I did not agree to fee, they would not hook up the steam function. I eventually agreed, but in retrospect I wish I had just refused the delivery. It cost me $400 to have my new gas dryer installed. It was a replacement of a gas dryer. All the hookups were there.What I really don't understand is why Best Buy allows their 3rd party installers to up charge their customers at delivery.

All the parts we needed and excellent install. We love our new appliance.

The repair man tried using the old flexible vent that was on my old dryer. Before he left, it broke and fell apart. I had ordered a new one which he then used.

The installers were awful, they damaged my steps when removing my old machine. Could have been hurt in the process. Then when I went to do wash they had connected the water lines incorrectly and I had to figure out how to switch them so I could finish my laundry.

Installation was professionally done. Adjusted the door to swing out left.

The 3rd party plumber was fantastic. Did his jobs correctly numerous of times and had his time wasted, as did I by the incompetent BB geek squad. He was super friendly and kept apologizing for something that was not his mistake.

It is worth to have them to delivery and hook up for you and avoid all injury for just a little. Also, they can take away your old units as well. I would recommend it.

Great install. Cleaned up after himself and although faced with a difficult install - he maintained a great attitude.

Great servicemen but the store fsiled to send the steam kit. Not servicemens fault., was a glitch in system. They remedied situation

I am one of those people who prefers a quiet morning with a large cup of tea while sitting in my chair wearing my usual robe. The installer was fairly quick, professional, and didn't require me to get out of my chair.

The plumber was professional, friendly, on time, excellent service, and patient listening to the issues regarding the 3 unauthorized delivery changes. The only great experience with the entire nightmare.

They did an excellent job, were polite and tested the dryer before they left. The installers took all necessary COVID precautions. Would like them to deliver again.

The 1st Team did not install properly. The 2nd Team did a great job on the installation!
