The crew that installed my gas dryer were awesome. They arrived on time, had communicated in advance to confirm. The dryer was installed quickly and efficiently, even in the challenging small space available. The cleaned up after their work. Very polite and professional.

These guys were amazing! They called to let me know the were coming earlier that my appointment time. They worked quickly (finished installing win 39 min) and hauled my old dryer away. Everything works great

It took 4 visits from Best Buy (outsourced) Geek Squad to get my gas dryer installed. The first time the dryer was delivered but the sales rep forgot to put the stacking kit on the order (after 2 hours of being on hold to speak to a rep plus 1 hour speaking to the rep to figure out how they sold my original dryer and no longer had it in stock - this dryer was a replacement order so I already had a not so great experience with Best Buy). The second visit was to hand deliver the stacking kit to make sure it was the correct size for the dryer. Silly because the dryer size was on the order, which could have just been viewed and shipped UPS instead of Geek Squad. Third visit was to install but the guys realized the vent hose that Best Buy requires you to purchase with the order would not work because the hose is only semi flexible and I needed a flexible hose for it to fit properly in the laundry closet. I had to go out and buy the hose needed and return the vent kit to Best Buy. Final and fourth visit the dryer was installed fairly quickly and properly from what I can tell.

The installer was very efficient and quick. A quick review on use of dryer was very useful.

They did a good job, they arrived in their timeslot worked efficiently. They did wear masks when asked to. They cleaned up before they left. Were able to put a valve in that was required by state code(at an additional fee). Overall a good experience.

The installer delivered the washer and dryer and installed them quickly and professionally. He cleaned up the packaging afterwards and hauled off our old unit. Everything works perfectly. He did a good job and was very nice.

Had trouble with gas line connection, a kink was made to gas line below floor, was repaired but was not real happy that it happened.

The third party company who installed the dryer was wonderful “Thoz Guys”. Best Buy did not really assist with any of this and actually caused more confusion in the process. They sold me a vent that the installers could not use due to the layout of my basement but Best Buy sold it to me having not seen the layout of my basement. I return it no problem. I’d love to see Best Buy send out a site professional after I purchase a major appliance from them so that they don’t waste the third party companies time sending them into a blind situation where apparently more work needed to be done before installation.

Tim and Ethan installed this item quickly and professionally. Everything done to code. Both installers kept the area clean and were very professional.

The company that delivered was very nice and they did a great job. A little pricey for a 15 minute job but we needed the washer asap and by having it installed we got it a couple days earlier.

Installment was done professionally, fast, and efficiently.

So far my Appliance is working well... I’m hoping it continue to do so.... I will be giving a review to let you know how I’m enjoying my new dryer let’s hope it continues to work as it should... I love shopping at Best Buy’s

Knowledgeable, clean, kind and very careful to not damage anything along the way. No complaints or attitude even though it was very tight to get everything to the second floor.

Due to a recent back injury, I was not able to install these on my own so I elected to pay for the installation. Upon purchase, I was made aware that installer could have minimal additional fees based on setup. Minnesota updated plumbing codes in 2016 so some additions to the gas line along with the water outlet in a $450 charge. As I stated, I was not able to handle these changes myself so went ahead and paid for it. Later that week, I did go to Best Buy and expressed my displeasure as when I agreed to minimal charges, I assumed maybe $100-200. The manager at the Oakdale Best Buy was great and offered to split the cost with me and refunded $225 of our purchase. Bottom line is the installers did do their job and do need to adhere to code so I can't blame them but the third party company and Best Buy should have a better way of communicating these issues to customers.

The fellows who installed this were on time and polite. They installed the new dryer in no time and gave a short review on the dryers features.

Love my drier. Holds a large load. Quite,dries quickly.

The initial gas line was defective, but the installers came back the same day and replaced it. They were professional and pleasant.
