Friendly and helpful staff. Very quick install. I like the product too

The installers had to pick up a gas installation kit on the way because Best Buy didn't have any available. They cleaned up their mess before the left. However the installation didn't include the steam connection. It's easy for someone to hookup, but I was 8 months pregnant and was unable to reach any connections. I bought this dryer for the steam sanitizer for baby stuff.

Working good, clothes not so dry sometime and have to run again but it is working....

The installers (husband and wife team) did an excellent job. The original vent kit included by best buy didn't work. The installers did their best to fit the kit, but on the first dryer run, the vent was leaking moist warm air back into the dryer room. I texted the installers and was surprised to see them respond. They came back and removed the vent, installed a new rigid vent, adjusted the wall hole to make sure the vent stayed in. Once they sealed the ends, we ran a test dryer run and now everything was fine. Very professional.

Don called an hour ahead of appointment to let us know timing. He was very professional, careful and clean! He worked efficiently, it was clear he had done this many times before, and took pride in his work. I would recommend him to family and friends.

Purchased a new dryer and required installation. Best Buy professional installers were there on time and the installation was quickly done. They even removed the old dryer for us. You can always depend on Best Buy for their excellent products and service.

The dryer matches my washer. I've very pleased with the performance and the end result. The many choices of how my laundry is dried is appreciated. See my review for the washer as to size. I had no problem having the dryer installed to my gas connection, and no problem having the door reversed.

Buying a gas dryer can be a pain in the butt, so having the new dryer installed when delivered was great. The guys were pleasant and efficient.

Low quality sub contractors. Dryer was slammed up against my furnace, water lines were reversed, new dryer vent was left in box and instead old one was reinstalled. Washer and dryer was left crooked and spaced apart. Everything was a mess.
