The dryer that my husband and I bought from Best Buy is amazing. Is easy to use and very spacious. I love that when the clothes are done drying it plays a a soothing music that lets me done my clothes is done drying. The customer service representatives that dropped off the dryer were very professional and installed everything themselves. My husband and I would definitely recommend this dryer t9 anyone. You will not regret it definitely a great buy.

My old unit was 20 years old though it was time to update

The dryer install was great, but that was not the problem The problem was this was the second attempt. On the second attempt it was fast and done perfectly, no issues. The first attempt the guys simply plugged it in and left, along with the Y adapter and hose. They didn't even bother to install it, even though it comes with the dryer. Lazy and didn't perform their job. Its literally 3 minutes and they didn't even attempt it and figured the customer doesn't know better so why bother. As professional installers doing this every day there is no way they didn't know what they were doing. The dryer is fantastic and i love it, but wish the installers took the time to get it done right the first time. I would of given them 5 stars

The gentlemen that came in were very good at making sure the machines worked, my floor was good and I was happy about the placement.

After installation was done and the delivery guys left, my wife ran 3 loads of laundry. On the third load, the GAS error code for the dryer came up. I had to pull the dryer back out and discovered that they never turned the gas on. Apparently verifying that the dry gets hot is not on the delivery/installation checklist. The vent tubing attached to the dryer was also never tightened.

They were very nice and professional. Very fast service. The only thing we didn’t like is that they could remove their shoes or wear plastic covers on their shoes, as we have a nice clean carpet.

The installers (2) arrived and carefully removed the old dryer and installed the new one. The installer was friendly, however his helper never said a word, even when I said hi and offered him a water. The install went fine.

They did a good job with one exception - they forgot to turn back on the gas connection to the dryer. It makes sense to run the machine before the installer leaves to make sure that everything is in good order.

Couldnt do the install due to new safety guideline but team advised waht beeded to be done with gas line and came back out the day after calling to reschedule. Also gave $50 gift card for our troubles. Satisfied.

Our technician was friendly and professional, and helpful. We feel he could have used a helper to move the appliances from the ground level and up the porch steps. He did a wonderful job; the washer and dryer fit great and work beautifully!

The company that Best Buy uses did a nice, professional job. They installed the dryer very quickly, nicely, and tested it. Then they had me run it for 20-30 minutes to get it burned in properly.

They got our dryer installed with little problem. We did have to take parts back to store to get credit.

We were in the process of moving when our appliances were supposed to be delivered. Of course the team showed up when we were at our old place but were willing to wait the 20 minutes that it took me to get over to our new place. In that time they simply started unpacking our washer, dryer, and fridge from the boxes. They installed everything very quickly and didn't bang up any walls nor the appliances. They made sure everything runs before they left and an hour after their arrival they were gone. We have only one level house so that probably helped with the speedy installation.

They couldn't install it when they first delivered it because the gas wasn't turned on yet but once it was ready, they installed quickly. I recommend using the delivery and install option. Peace of mind.

Very good product, I recommend buying at Best Buy.
