Couldnt do the install due to new safety guideline but team advised waht beeded to be done with gas line and came back out the day after calling to reschedule. Also gave $50 gift card for our troubles. Satisfied.

Service for installation was above par. They showed up in time frame they gave. Very careful with bringing in my set and removing my old set. Set everything up, went over the options even set the steam up on my dryer. Great company

First appointment I was told that I needed gas valve installed, not true. I called a plumber and was told there was already a gas valve there he promptly showed me and sure enough it was there. 2nd appointment was cancelled by your company after I waited most of the day.. 3rd appointment someone finally able to install my dryer. They were very efficient and polite.

The people that showed up to my house to install the gas dryer were nice and efficient. I had them dispose of the old dryer as well. They wore little boot covers as it was snowing out and they did not want to track dirt and such across my floor. The lifting straps they used meant no floor scratch marks. All in all a solid service. There were a few things that were disappointing like they could not hook up the water for the steam option as I did not buy a washer at the same time and they cannot connect to something that is not covered under the warranty (liability reasons). Still, happy with the service people.

The home delivery team does such a great job setting up my new unit. This item is required for setup. It's worth the money, the hose doesn't seem to be made cheap

The delivery was on time, The men were very careful carrying the dryer in and installing it downstairs was perfect. The dryer was connected and leveled. They checked the connection for leaks along with the venting, all went smooth. They made sure it worked and showed us a few ways of its operation . PERFECT!

Because I had to replace the wall valve. So I had/paid a local handy man to change valve and install dryer. But, I really like the dryer.

The install went great. The two guys got it unloaded very quick and did not damage the dryer at all. The one doing the installation was very friendly and even explained what he was doing as he did it. Very professional. Thanks.
