First dryer install...3 delivery fellows did not come with the proper install equipment...that I paid for...took 2 and a half hours to install and haul away the old dryer. And not installed with what I paid for. Second dryer ...replacement ...delivered and 2 fellows claimed dryer not hooked up properly. Used new kit they brought with that i paid for. Still feel issues with drying. Third crew of installers came when I called for repair. They were told by dispatch that the dryer was in the garage and needed hook up. NO

The installation of my new LG Gas Dryer from Best Buy was clean and neat and I have not had any problems with a leak or a vent dislodging. The installer were very polite, proessional and clean. The quality of there work and abilty to get it done quickly, putting very little stress on my family and pets is greatly appreciated!

I had installation for my dryer and garbage disposal done through Best Buy. Both installers were prompt , professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend it if you don’t have the means to install it yourself and have it installed correctly.

They were fast, courteous, careful and did a nice job. They did not use a level to level the machines once in place but they are pretty close.

They replaced old electric dryer with new gas dryer. I didn't have problem with it. They did good job .

Guillermo and Milton did an excellent job on the installation. They were efficient and fast. Surprisingly, they were able to get the new dryer in through the entrance to the garage, and the old dryer out the same way. This eliminated the need to come through the house, which we really appreciated. They made sure everything worked correctly before they left.

Professional installation severe in under 15 minutes. These guys did an excellent job. I'm use to installing gas dryers myself, but as I got older the body isn't as agile as I use to. They used the proper equipment installation and no gas leaks. Thank you Best Buy for offering this service. Outstanding representation of the company.

Initial installation we thought was good. Removal and install was fast, the installers were careful and installed the Washer and Dryer. Unfortunately, the dryer ducting purchased and supplied was semi-rigid and not flexible enough for our install (no fault of the installers) We had to go out and purchase some flexible ducting. In hind sight we should have had them test everything before leaving, and we highly recommend you do the same. Hoses for the washing machine, hot and cold were reversed, a simple fix we figured out ourselves. The biggest issue and the cause for 2-Star reduction was that overnight we smelt a Gas leak and had to shut everything down and call the Gas Company. Dryer gas connection was the issue with both the connection to the gas line and connection to the dryer. Connection to dryer was not sealed well enough and connection to the gas line used an incorrectly sized part that allowed the small leak.

Dryer install was excellent. Well worth the money. Workers did an amazing job. Cleaned up behind themselves.

The installer was very informative, clean and efficient. He arrived as scheduled and completed the work in a timely fashion. He also made some suggestions that would be beneficial. I am very pleased with the dryer installation.
