Excellent installation crew: High five to Gibbe and Madlo from a third party through Geek Squad. They were efficient, clean and friendly. They made sure everything worked and didnt leave anything behind. I would love if they could deliver and install for any of our purchases.

Guillermo and Milton did an excellent job on the installation. They were efficient and fast. Surprisingly, they were able to get the new dryer in through the entrance to the garage, and the old dryer out the same way. This eliminated the need to come through the house, which we really appreciated. They made sure everything worked correctly before they left.

Our delivery and installation team was EXCELLENT. They went above and beyond to help troubleshoot multiple issues. I would recommend them again in a heartbeat.

Professional installation severe in under 15 minutes. These guys did an excellent job. I'm use to installing gas dryers myself, but as I got older the body isn't as agile as I use to. They used the proper equipment installation and no gas leaks. Thank you Best Buy for offering this service. Outstanding representation of the company.

The installation was very smooth. The technician arrived on time and completed the job quickly.

Initial installation we thought was good. Removal and install was fast, the installers were careful and installed the Washer and Dryer. Unfortunately, the dryer ducting purchased and supplied was semi-rigid and not flexible enough for our install (no fault of the installers) We had to go out and purchase some flexible ducting. In hind sight we should have had them test everything before leaving, and we highly recommend you do the same. Hoses for the washing machine, hot and cold were reversed, a simple fix we figured out ourselves. The biggest issue and the cause for 2-Star reduction was that overnight we smelt a Gas leak and had to shut everything down and call the Gas Company. Dryer gas connection was the issue with both the connection to the gas line and connection to the dryer. Connection to dryer was not sealed well enough and connection to the gas line used an incorrectly sized part that allowed the small leak.

The installation team was prompt and communicated well. They called about 20 minutes before they arrived at my home. It was a bit of a challenging installation due to the small space that they dryer needed to fit in, but the guys did a great job. They took away the old dryer and all packing materials. They wore masks and maintained social distance.

Delivery was on time and as scheduled. Only problem was that one of the hook ups did not work for our house so we ended up having to go purchase the part ourselves and installed it ourselves. Wish we could have verified this in advance with the Best Buy team so the process could have been smoother.

Geek squad used safety harnesses to move the dryer and wore masks the entire time. Gas line connection met requirements. I was safe and the dryer was installed correctly without incident or damage. (A previous dryer installed by a competitor was droped and damaged during installation. The Geek Squad was more professional and performed better.)

Installation for the gas dryer at my home was seamless and didn't see any issues

Dryer install service was a great idea. Everything worked great and it was well worth the price.

Total run-around. It took 4 visits and a replacement of the dryer (which I'm not sure was even the issue) to get it to work properly. First install attempt wouldn't do the work because they said our water valves to the wall were leaking. $200 and 3 days later to a plumber I had to hire, other guys came back. Installed. Then the water leaks on the floor from the line to the washer. 3rd day, guys tell me that I'm completely missing a steam drying hose to the dryer -- so while they argue with their dispatch, I drive to Best Buy and get the last one on the shelf while the guys wait at the house. Again, the unit won't function. 4th set of guys (on the 4th visit over a week and a half) completely scoff at the work done by 3 other teams, replace everything, including the dryer itself, and attach 1/2 inch gas line in place of the originally sent 1/4 inch line. Finally, it works. Next time, I'll order the unit and hire my own installer.
