The installation was quick and easy but I didn't know I had to ask in advance if I wanted the dryer door to be reversed so it opened on a different side. As a result, I had to make a whole new appointment to do so which seemed like a waste of time for everyone involved since the reversal took about 20 minutes.

Bestbuy does a great job on install. They are fast and efficient.

They came, installed, and tested the dryer. Geek Squad also did an excellent job unloading the product from their truck, and make sure they didn't damage the product or my walls. Definitely better experience than others have reported. I guess it all depends on the people doing the install. But they were definitely courteous. Also were able to work around my schedule

Nice large oven space. Has everything you need and easy to use. All my baking good come out evenly baked. The stovetop has so much room for my pots and pans I’m not shifting them around making room. As for the smart setting I’ve yet to complete that part.

The installers were quick yet took care not to damage anything in my home. However, I learned how easy it would have been to install this myself from watching them. I would encourage self-installation if you can get the heavy unit to where it needs to be.

Quick install. The technicians were very friendly and on time.

Fast and easy installation but I did not like that it was only one guy installing my dryer on the second floor

Excellent customer service. The installers also recommended that I put the dryer on the opposite side due to a bar that I had in the way of the door something I would not have noticed.

I had BestBuy's subcontractor install my washer/dryer. they were very kind and professional. It was quick and easy.

The gas dryer installation went flawless and was done expertly. Normally I would do this myself but decided to pay to have it done for sake of ease. They were very meticulous and I couldn’t have done it any better.

The team unloaded my dryer, unpacked it, shut off the gas, removed the old dryer. placed the old dryer in their truck. They installed the new dryer, cleaned up the area, turned the gas back on and tested the new dryer. It worked. Thank you for doing a good job!

Installers were two hours past their delivery time but have not had issues with installation.

We were told that the dryer would have a slight odor for a couple of days which would dissipate after using a few times. By the installation was on Saturday and by Monday I had to call for service as the odor was getting worse. they came on Wednesday and immediately told us it was a gas leak and the installer had not crimped one of the hoses properly! They fixed and later that day as I was finally getting some laundry done I realized that the tubing for the exhaust was not connected to the dryer and seems to be cracked. We are now waiting for them to come back again on Saturday!!! Not happy!

The delivery, installation of my new dryer and haul away of my old dryer was a great experience. The installers were very timely, including staying exactly in the window as described after narrowing the window with the confirmation the night before. This attention to detail on the delivery time and expeditiousness of the service is greatly appreciated. I would use again.

This removal/installation went so quick it was unbelievable.

The dryer installation went better than planned with the new dryer being hooked and tested within 30 minutes. The installer was very professional and courteous.
