I didn't realize this came from Best Buy - I already reviewed on Samsung.com. But anyway - Install team was excellent, very professional. The entire process took ~20-30 minutes, and the installers gave a brief overview of the appliance. Highly recommend.

The guys that showed up to install my dryer were really nice. They did everything I asked of them (move the dryer to the right, back, and even swapped the door to open on the opposite side)...really nice guys and happy do to all that I asked. It was a pretty easy install, and they seemed to know exactly how to attached hoses and everything with ease.

My installer had to come over twice because we did not have a vent properly installed on the exterior wall and he recognized that as a potential problem. Both times I was given a time frame and was notified with a more specific time frame the day of. Installers were punctual and knew what they needed to do. I have zero complaints.

Best installation crew ever!! On time, patient, professional & super knowledgeable!! Entrance to the Soave for the washer & dryer were almost exact. The crew used ingenuity, angles & teamwork & made everything fit. No damage to my walks or my units!!

The delivery crew from Best Buy made the installation of the dryer easy and professional.

Gas dryer was installed and is now working well...

Had a new LG dryer installed yesterday. There is a very strong gas smell coming from behind the unit. Waiting to hear back from customer service for repair. The major concern is that the laundry room is next to the children's room.

The installation team was on time and directed themselves very professionally. They did not waste time installing our dryer. Once installed they tested it to ensure it was working properly. I would obtain installation services again.

The team that delivered and installed my Gas dryer were polite, quick, and professional. Only reason I am giving 4 stars was that one a service call, they did not show up and I had to reschedule. Outside of that, the installation went smoothly.

If I could give a zero star, I would the delivery team stated the dryer vent was broken, which it was not so they could not install a new dryer so they uninstalled old dryer and left the gas line not capped off which was leaking gas. Luckily, my family went to go visit her parents and when I got home from work, I could smell the distinct smell of gas in the house.

Works great with my dryer hook up. These parts were used by the service technician.

They had to leave the dryer and come back a separate time after we had a plumber out to install a gas shut-off. Not unreasonable to require, just would have been helpful to know before they came so we could have it done before they arrived. Other than that, no issues at all.

This worked great with my new dryer the I purchased. The installation was smooth.
