Gas Dryer was installed great plus great customer service haven’t had any problems out of my dryer and I’m a happy customer.

The installers were on time! They did a fantastic job installing the dryer, and it works great.

For someone who has no clue how to install a gas dryer or has ever had a gas dryer definitely get them to install it for you. Didn’t like the fact that I had to pay for it to get installed but if I would’ve had electric one it would’ve been free. Didn’t like that they didn’t spaced it the way I wanted it. Didn’t really explain anything to me and left the tape all around it. They started them and everything I had to go and remove all the tape off the sides later when I tried to do my laundry. Showed up later than they were supposed to.

I was hoping to only take one day off to have my new dryer installed. The installers said they could not install it that day, that my gas valve needed replacement. I had take time out to have a plumber install a new valve (who said he would replace, but was not leaking and was in good order). I took more time off, and the second installers were very courteous and performed the installation quite promptly. I’m sure this is done to eliminate risk, but it would have been nice to know this in advance.

Was delivered late at night. I feel sorry for the delivery / installer guys, said he had 3 more deliveries after mine. That being said, seemed like they were trying to find reasons not to install it. Told me I had to call a maintenance guy because he couldn't break the gas lines loose using one wrench. So I had to grab another wrench and so him how to correctly break a line loose. Then didn't install the ventilation kit. They did ask me if I wanted it replaced, it was so late I said no

Although our laundry room is not huge, the installers were extremely competent and they had no trouble setting up our new dryer. I was very pleased with their work!

The installers were careful with installing our new washer/dryer. But, shortly after they left we smelled gas. We had to make a decision of whether to try and call someone back (they were already discussing their next service call) or for my husband to try and fix. My husband ended up going out to get a new hose to replace the one they installed that was leaking gas.

The time window for the installation is large, but when they got here, it took them about 20-25 minutes. Seemed a little rushed, especially since one of the guys bled on my new dryer.

Had to have more then 1 time to get all three items installed. First group was just lazy and got out of the delivery. Second group a lot better. Best Buy did stand behind everything a got it done the right time on the third time.

I like the dryer after it was exchanged for a new one.

The delivery guys are way nicer and more knowledgeable compared to XPO logistics guys who came in in our house. They know what they are doing and patiently waited for us to check on the dryer.

The delivery crew / installation crew were very professional and knowledgeable about the installation of the dryer and washer.

Always on point for installation in a timely fashion. However they did not wear booties until requested.

The dryer is well constructed. The dryer is somewhat complicated and the instructions are not detailed at all. We usually need to run another cycle to get all the items dry.

Washer installation crew did a fantastic job and were thorough in the installation and clean up.

I love this dryer! It links to my phone and notifies me when it is complete. So many great features.

The installers came and installed the gas dryer. They new what they were supposed to do and they did it in appropriate time.
