Great service from the start. I young lady help with me purchase, two the gentleman that install my wash and dryer. The total experience was very good.

Terrible installation service, they left the metal that holds the washing machine inside and it made a lot of noise, so the two washing machines turned it on, I had to call a technician to check it and he explained to us that they quickly removed the metal that held the washing machine inside .

Poor installation service and inconsiderate people

At first I had reservations because of the low water level, but the washer does a good job and laundry comes out clean. I sometimes use a second rinse cycle. The washer is easy to program and the load capacity is very good. The dryer performs very well. Clothes come out dry and not wrinkled. I am very pleased so far.

Part was great! But I was paid for installation and I had to install myself!

Installation was completed by delivery staff for our new Wash Tower. The expert BestBuy delivery team relocated our previous washer and dryer to where we requested it to be placed, carried our very heavy new wash tower to the second floor of our house and brought it to the laundry room. All installation was completed by the BestBuy delivery team. They were both polite, professional and knowledgeable. We appreciated that they consulted and explained everything during their visit. Great work! Thank you!

Delivery men were excellent, arrived b4 time appointed. Hookup washer and dryer, no issues. Made sure washer worker and dryer started. I have propane and had my guy come and hook up propane. Removed all packaging

Best installer in town Jay and Daniel were super helpful and patient and caring and responsible. They took the time to listen to everyone's concerns, ensuring that no one felt overlooked. Their ability to remain calm under pressure made a significant difference during the hectic moments. Moreover, they consistently went above and beyond, offering assistance even when it wasn't expected. It's clear that their dedication and kindness left a lasting impact on everyone involved.

Install was good, but the dryer vent could have been cut shorter as they put on one that was 8 feet only needed 2.

Good, but one of the pipes where missing, I had to reschedule the service

I am very dissatisfied with the service I have received so far. When the delivery team dropped off my unit, they were unable to complete the installation because they did not have the correct hose for my washer and dryer. They told my father that someone would return this week to complete the job. I called home service to report and escalate the issue, and I was told I would receive a call back. It has now been 48 hours, and I have not heard from anyone to see when they will come . I was able to schedule appointment online on my own without the help of anyone not even Best Buy home support team The only appointment I was able to schedule is not until next week, which is extremely inconvenient.

I was quite disappointed with the install process. We had initially ordered the wrong type of hook up which was okay and rescheduled our appointment with what we thought was the correct item. The day of the second scheduled appointment I called to confirm that they had switched the devices and additionally requested that they come when I was off work for the installation. They had brought back the same wrong model and that meant we had to go reschedule for a third time. We purchased the machine mid December and couldn't get it properly installed until January, so we couldn't wash clothes for a couple weeks. It was something of an inconvenience since we had diagnosed the issue with Geek Squad Total Tech and it was their recommendation to buy a new machine.

A great group of technicians, dedicated to doing a great job. There was a small error made in the installation, but the team realized the problem immediately and fixed it with no complaints or hassle. A truly great experience, and my washer and dryer are both working perfectly.
