installer were good and nice. they installed and my stove quick and clean. The only problem was that they did not return my call right away. I had to call them a couple times.

They installed my appliances them claimed i did not have a shut off valve. the also said they could give me someone to install the valve. i have the insurance with center point and had them take a look and the valve was there. it felt like a con

So they delivered on time very nice guys one huge downfall that caused all that to go out the window more or less they came to install a gas stove and remove the other gas stove and haul away my old stove the only problem is they didn't have the tools to do the job so they came to unhook a gas stove and install the new gas stove with no tools I loaned them my tools and the gentleman still was unable to get the pipe undone the gas line and told me that I was going to have to call a plumber so I actually did not have to call a plumber I was able to do this myself with no experience so if it were me in the future or giving good advice I would say don't pay the extra money to have the install that unless you have an electric stove that it has to be plugged in and I also did not have them haul away my old stove because they were unable to get it unhooked so all that aside though they did call Best Buy and they did refund me my money I feel that they probably should have done a little more than refund my money all things considered but that's neither here nor there that's just my opinion I was refunded quickly you didn't have to wait too long so customer service was great

The delivery men were the best, very professional and friendly, showed interest and concern for my home. We truly enjoy using our Samsung Gas Range. It cook quickly and heat food and liquids faster then any range I owned in the past. The control are easy to use.

These contractor really know how to get the job done in record time and efficiently. They knew exactly how to remove the old line and connect the new line. They showed me that the gas worked on the range and in the oven and how to burn off the coating inside the oven. The best part was that this installation was free with the new tech program they offer.

Parts were use for stove in installation. Stove works great.

The technicians were fast, efficient, and courteous. They allowed me time to clean behind my old appliance and answered any questions I had regarding the new installation. This service combined with the haul away is a perfect solution for those that want to update their kitchen without the all the do it yourself headaches.

Quick install. Asked delivery personnel to level the appliance and was told it was already level. It was not level and had to do it ourselves. Leveling appliance IS part of the install.

The installers were awesome, very accommodating and friendly and the installation went smoothly and they cleaned up and took everything with them and left my place immaculate. :-)

I was sent an email reminder and I received a call 5 minutes before arrival. Elvis and Francisco were very respectful, polite, and informative. the installation and hall away were done in a timely and clean manner. I am completely satisfied with the service provided.

The technicians that came to install the new appliance were very professional and kind. They removed the old appliance and installed the new one. They also set up the time in the display of the new range, checked that everything was working fine.

The installer for our new range did a complete job, in that, it did not take more than an hour to remove the old range and install the new one. Once complete, the new range worked very well.

On-time and professional. The delivery guys were 100% on top of everything, and the range came with all installation materials (new gas hose, etc.). And they were accompanied by a Geek Squad person that made sure that everything was done to perfection! What more could I want? These folks are SUPER!!

the first installation went very well. upon installation we found a small dent in the oven door. The guys noted it, took pictures and explained the process for replacement. They handled it very well.
