$500 in damage to my hardwood floor. Dropped the old stove and shattered the glass door. Still charged me for the relocation fee. Workers tried to hide the damage done to the floor. Took no steps to mitigate potential damage during the delivery. Claims process was slow and not customer friendly.

Installation was scheduled as “Range” installation through chat even though it was a wall oven. I didn’t realize this until I received the email after the chat. I immediately called the support number to ask about that and was told it was the same thing. Okay. Fast forward to the day before the appointment and I received a call about the installation. He said that a wall oven installation and a range installation would not be the same code. The wall oven would require an actual electrician. Then, he could not schedule the installation until payment was made but he couldn’t send an invoice. I would have to drive the 45 minutes to the closest Best Buy to pay in person-not online. I just gave up and called a local electrician to install it

I purchased a stove online from a different store and used my total tech support membership for the installation. I’ve had the same 2 guys 4 times now and have no complaints. They were very helpful, patient with our questions and did a nice job.

I was informed in two separate occasions that my stove had arrived and scheduled a installation date only to be disappointed and informed by the installer my stove did not arrive in the store. Best buy never called me, I had to contact corporate office which was useless, after several attempts I was informed they were no longer making the stove I selected it had been discontinued, and there were none available in the USA. I was later informed there was an open box stove like the one I ordered in a store near me, what a coincidence! I believe they double sold my stove when it arrived however must have not worked out for the other buyer.

Showed up on time and were able to install the anti tip bracket and install the bottom panel quickly. Two men who knew how to do the install.

Great job on install. Professional. Was during covid and they wore all the protective gear. Would use again.

The guys that installed this range were amazing! They were supper nice, efficient and would recommend to anyone.

Best Buy scheduled a team to install my new that wasn't able to cap the gas. We had to reschedule for the next week. Those guys capped the gas but couldn't install the range. I had to hire another company and now Best Buy won't reimburse me. Sad sad service.

I am loving my new stove with the wifi features, I am enjoying every minute of it
