I do not trust Best Buy
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I ordered an open box microwave, supposedly in excellent condition, it was dented and non operational when received..returned it and bought a different microwave from a different company, as I do not trust Best Buy to fulfill their promises....will not shop there again...

I have to keep repositioning microwave every other use. Pushing buttons pushes machine back. Also bar to open not very substantial. It does heat and cook very well.
