Came with broken part

The max wattage allowed was 800 so we knew it wasn't going to be powerful. We unboxed it in her dorm room and the plastic spinner came broken. Luckily, it still spins, but it stinks since it was brand new out of the box. Since she moved in 3 weeks after we purchased the microwave, we couldn't return it. It serves it's purpose. I wish I bought a cheaper microwave.

I thought nothing could beat my Kenmore of 15 years, but, after a few months this GE has possibilities. Also home delivery was fast.

After 2 weeks of use the button to open the microwave has stopped functioning properly. I’m outside of return window so I’m disappointed that it only worked for a short time.

It's always exciting to get a new appliance, but when it fails unexpectedly it's quite disheartening. You deserve to have durable, high-quality appliances and a positive experience with GE products. It began holding moisture and forming mold. Also has a burn mark down the inside. I don’t really use the microwave for anything other than reheating for a minute or so so I’m unsure why it’s so unsafe. Very disappointed.
