I just use it for a week and now the power keep shutting down when in use
Hi - we are sorry to hear about the issues you're having with your microwave so soon after purchase. To troubleshoot, we recommend trying a different outlet for use, as the cause could be a faulty outlet. If the unit continues to not work properly, and since this model is a return-to-vender model, we suggest bringing it to Best Buy to inquire about a possible exchange. Hope this helps - Kelsey@GEA

Microwave operates like there's metal in it. Safety hazard and effectively inoperable out of the box. Very disappointed.

Had to return item. It would not fit on shelf because of configuration of plug .

Almost thrown outside, annoying sound and not good

Lasted 6 months. Doesn’t exactly work anymore. Low power. Takes twice as long as it should to heat stuff.

Very pleased with the GE 700w microwave. It replaced my old GE that stopped working after 10+ years. Great size, blends with kitchen appliances. Recommend!
