works good for a compact microwave, could be taller

Looked for a microwave that wasn’t huge... this one is perfect. Easy to use and clean.

Love my compact microwave! It has many options and works great!

The door did not open properly from day one. I called GE to see if there was a quick fix, but they said to return the product to Best Buy.....easier said than done as I do not have a car. After experimenting I finally figured out a way to get the door open but it requires pushing down on the upper right corner of the door while simultaneously pushing in on the “opener” with the other hand. Very disappointed with this purchase.

Works efficiently and i love the options if gives for cooking times.

Replacement for another insignia microwave. Only lasted 1.5 years and stopped working. Hope this one lasts much longer. So far so good. Been working well.

This microwave has large space just enough to cook most of my food.

Both times tried the auto sensor for cooking the food was done a long time before timer would gone off. The pizza was starting to burn and had 10 min left on timer! Baked cookies using convection, they were really good. Jury still out.

Great microwave. It was just what I needed for my kitchen.

I was looking for something for low use to heat up baby food and to keep under a island space. This was supposed to be the answer to my size and use requirements but it burned out after using it. I also had problems when I tried to heat up plates of food, it would often leave them cold and required multiple minutes to even bring things to luke warm. It was a terrible purchase.

Third location I bought this model for. They are workhorses and just keep working

It works great, good value and perfect choice for me.

Smaller than my last microwave that died. Will probably have to exchange it or return it. The plastic is bubbling. Haven't had it long enough for that to be happening.

Multiple functions, needs a bit of maneuvering sometimes to reset.

Summary says it all. This microwave works as intended.

It's a compact design which fits well under cabinets, the stainless steel finish is also great but it lacks power to truly heat up meals. I wasn't expecting much downgrade from my old microwave, I quickly found out this wouldn't get the job done. Also after 3 weeks it stopped working, would not recommend.
