I tried to contact customer service and was told i had to bring it to a store myself for it to be serviced (I live in NYC and carrying a 40lb microwave from my apartment to a store is just not possible for me). So it seems I’m stuck with a horrible waste of money, time, and energy.

Not a great microwave

And the keypad is already getting bubbles - looking like it’s been in use for years and I’ve only had it for a month. Also, the button to open the door does not work well. Even when pressed in, you have to pull the door open.
