    It’s weaker than I thought but is alright. Mine isn’t a new one so it has its kinks.

    The first one we bought did this: every so often, the place where you enter info (the digital lit up screen) got numbers "stuck" in it, so that even when I pushed the "Cancel / off" button to clear it out, it would not clear it -- no matter what buttons I pushed, nothing would clear it, But the "cancel" button should do it (and usually did). So to clear it (the only way the microwave would work again), we had to remove it from the shelf and UNPLUG it. THAT cleared it (its "brain") so that it worked again. After this happened at least twice, we returned it to Best Buy and could not get a refund, but only another microwave of the same model. Today, after about one week, it did it again, just like the other microwave. We had to unplug it to clear it so it would work again.

    In what universe is this turntable 10.75”. Size really mattered for my dinner plate. It is ,one like 9.78

    Only lasted 2 years

    It worked well while it lasted, but unfortunately died exactly 2 years after we purchased it. We were just melting some coconut oil in the same bowl as always and the microwave started cracking and smoking, and the pad on the wall inside is burnt now. We just bought all new GE appliances a few years ago (range, hood, and fridge) so I am really disappointed this is such poor quality.

    functional, cooks well, but it is very loud when cooking. Auto time is confusing if you want to cook on half power.

    Got a problem with unusual noise and am going to return the microwave to Best Buy. The sound pulses and is not normal. I don’t trust defective merchandise.DGood

    This microwave heats food well and evenly...when it's not sparking. I'm shocked to see we are the only ones with this issue. Anytime we put a frozen item or a stick of butter specifically in the microwave it sparks. It's because there's not enough moisture readily available within the microwave. I have friends that have other brand microwaves and have the same issue sometimes, but this one has proved to be unusable 75% of the time which is infuriating. We waited too long after the manufacturers warranty was up so if you notice this happening be sure to have it solved right away, that's my only advice. Or just don't buy this model at all. So frustrating.

Please check that if you are using a paper plate or paper towel, to verify that it is approved for use in the microwave.     DO NOT BUY- FIRE HAZARD

    As many of the other reviews mentioned, useless and dangerous trash. Started sparking and smoking at the 2 year mark, and it only has a 1 year warranty. You get even less than what you pay for, so definitely pass on this.

    This microwave is horrible. It barely fits a bag of microwave popcorn and took me 15 minutes to cook a bag of frozen vegetables. The turntable on the one I got didn't spin. It just clicked and jerked back and forth. The screen kept showing an error that wasn't even in the manual under troubleshooting. Maybe I got a dud? I returned. Would not recommend at all.

    DON'T BUY, VERY DANGEROUS!

    A bit small, only 1 plate can fit in it and very, very poor quality. Already broken, very dangerous, when it's turned on, you could see flares coming out of the side! Scaaary!

    I’m glad I bought the extended warranty from best buy. The paint on the inside started pealing and would cook the plate but not the food.

    Works OK but Touch Pad is defective

    2 months after the warrantee expired, the touch pad is becoming unreadable. It seems that air is getting under the touch pad decal making the numbers and words unreadable. This

    Dented Damaged Micrwave

    It arrived full of dents. WE had to return and are waiting for a replacement. What a pain in the butt.
