Easy to use and works great. All times on frozen food meed to he reduced by 30% because this microwave is so powerful.

I loved their customer service.

Only one problem it is difficult to read the buttons. It would be a plus if the control area was backlit. Otherwise, it is working great.

Control panel controls difficult to see

Ideally the control panel function controls could be colored white instead of grey or perhaps backlit.

Follow the instructions to unlock the child lock. Very basic settings and everything we needed for this price range. We had this model previously, and it lasted 15 years so we opted to get the same model again.

I purchased it mainly to just heat up food, like prepared meals and the like. 950 watts is perfect. Other good features is the extra 30 seconds button, it you need a bit more time. Did turn off the child lock. Nice size also.
