Only thing was it did not come with an operational manual, which is necessary in order to get best use of its functions. I still do not have an operation manual.

A few days agod it made a little noise while running. The wife said get me another one ... I love that unit! So I ordered another one which is still in the box waiting for the first one to break down. Amazed that it was delivered the same day I ordered it.

It is the perfect size for me. It works well enough, and is nice and quiet. I also like how the kitchen timer works independent of the microwave.

It cooks my food quickly and to the perfect temperature (per selection on the key pad). I use the 30 second button a lot to reheat small food items so I can check the temperature and not overcook the item.
